【摘要】：國(guó)際體系與中國(guó)和平發(fā)展的宏觀國(guó)際環(huán)境密切相關(guān)。國(guó)家利益是中國(guó)融入國(guó)際體系的主要?jiǎng)恿?只有融入國(guó)際體系才能更好地發(fā)展自己。 國(guó)際體系幾個(gè)主要特征表現(xiàn)為:和平發(fā)展是大趨勢(shì)。各國(guó)利益交織競(jìng)爭(zhēng)主要采取和平方式。主要大國(guó)間出現(xiàn)和存在進(jìn)行合作的可能,大國(guó)間雖然存在矛盾,但發(fā)生大規(guī)模的武裝沖突和戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的可能性較小。中美關(guān)系表現(xiàn)出利益交織和相互依存滲透、相互競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的特點(diǎn),中美關(guān)系在起伏中向前發(fā)展。中俄政治經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系迅速發(fā)展且仍有較大潛力;中日政治矛盾出現(xiàn)了緩和的跡象,兩國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的相互依存關(guān)系在深化;中印政治經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系有了較大的發(fā)展和變化;中國(guó)應(yīng)妥善處理朝鮮半島的統(tǒng)一、大國(guó)影響、核開發(fā)。對(duì)于中國(guó)而言,必須盡一切可能爭(zhēng)取對(duì)自己比較有利的全球性和地區(qū)性國(guó)際體系。 國(guó)際體系是中國(guó)和平發(fā)展的宏觀國(guó)際環(huán)境的重要方面。中國(guó)與大國(guó)關(guān)系、周邊國(guó)家關(guān)系構(gòu)成了中國(guó)和平發(fā)展的重要國(guó)際環(huán)境。國(guó)際環(huán)境中既存在有利于中國(guó)和平發(fā)展的因素,也有不利于中國(guó)和平發(fā)展的因素。中國(guó)面臨的國(guó)際環(huán)境與過去相比有了很大的變化,因此中國(guó)不會(huì)重復(fù)歷史老路,不會(huì)挑戰(zhàn)現(xiàn)有的國(guó)際秩序,不使用武力擴(kuò)張。堅(jiān)持多邊主義、做負(fù)責(zé)任的大國(guó)、防范國(guó)際政治環(huán)境對(duì)中國(guó)和平發(fā)展的消極影響等,是中國(guó)應(yīng)對(duì)國(guó)際政治環(huán)境的主要戰(zhàn)略選擇。
[Abstract]:The international system is closely related to the macro international environment for China's peaceful development. National interests are the main driving force for China's integration into the international system, and only by integrating into the international system can China develop itself better. The main features of the international system are that peaceful development is a major trend. National interests intertwined and competed mainly by peaceful means. Although there are contradictions among the major powers, the possibility of large-scale armed conflict and war is relatively small. The relationship between China and the United States has the characteristics of intertwined interests, interdependence and mutual competition, and the relationship between China and the United States develops in ups and downs. The political and economic relations between China and Russia have developed rapidly and still have great potential; the political contradictions between China and Japan have shown signs of easing, the economic interdependence between the two countries is deepening, the political and economic relations between China and India have developed and changed greatly. China should properly handle the reunification of the Korean Peninsula, the influence of major powers, and nuclear development. For its part, China must do everything it can to secure a global and regional international system that is more favourable to it. The international system is an important aspect of China's macro international environment for peaceful development. China's relations with major countries and neighboring countries constitute an important international environment for China's peaceful development. In the international environment, there are not only factors conducive to China's peaceful development, but also factors that are not conducive to China's peaceful development. The international environment facing China has changed greatly compared with the past, so China will not repeat the historical path, will not challenge the existing international order, and will not use force to expand. To adhere to multilateralism, to be a responsible power and to guard against the negative impact of the international political environment on China's peaceful development are China's main strategic choices in dealing with the international political environment.
