【摘要】： 民主輸出戰(zhàn)略長期以來是美國對外戰(zhàn)略的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容,這種對外輸出民主的戰(zhàn)略為美國不斷擴(kuò)張勢力,發(fā)展資本主義經(jīng)濟(jì),最終成為全世界最強(qiáng)大的資本主義霸權(quán)國家發(fā)揮了重要作用。民主輸出戰(zhàn)略以“民主和平論”為基礎(chǔ),通過宣揚(yáng)西方民主政體的優(yōu)越性,不斷將美國的民主制度和自由、民主、人權(quán)等價值觀念通過武力、誘導(dǎo)、滲透等各種手段輸出到歐洲、亞洲和拉丁美洲等世界各地。通過牢牢掌控被輸出國的內(nèi)政外交,為發(fā)展資本主義經(jīng)濟(jì)拓展了海外市場,不僅維護(hù)了美國的國家安全而且實(shí)現(xiàn)了美國國家利益的最大化。這種以實(shí)現(xiàn)美式民主和保障美式人權(quán)為主要內(nèi)容的民主輸出戰(zhàn)略,不僅沒有實(shí)現(xiàn)被輸出國家的民主自由和國家發(fā)展,反而致使發(fā)展中國家逐漸淪為資本主義國際政治經(jīng)濟(jì)秩序的犧牲品。本文旨在通過對美國民主輸出戰(zhàn)略的分析,揭露美國民主輸出的政治實(shí)質(zhì),并通過研究民主輸出對我國社會主義民主政治的挑戰(zhàn)與威脅,提出完善我國社會主義民主政治的對策和建議。 第一部分：闡述民主輸出戰(zhàn)略的理論來源、思想動因和現(xiàn)實(shí)動因,以及冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束前美國民主輸出的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。 第二部分：闡述冷戰(zhàn)后美國民主輸出戰(zhàn)略的變化及影響。 第三部分：闡述美國民主輸出戰(zhàn)略對中國民主政治建設(shè)的威脅和挑戰(zhàn)。 第四部分：闡述如何抵御美國民主輸出戰(zhàn)略的威脅和挑戰(zhàn),加強(qiáng)和完善中國特色社會主義民主政治建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:The strategy of democratic export has long been an important part of the United States' foreign strategy. This strategy of exporting democracy to the outside world is for the United States to continuously expand its influence and develop the capitalist economy. Finally became the world's most powerful capitalist hegemonic state played an important role. The strategy of democratic export is based on the "theory of democratic peace," and by advocating the superiority of western democracies, the democratic system and values of the United States, such as freedom, democracy, and human rights, are constantly induced by force. Infiltration and other means of export to Europe, Asia and Latin America and other parts of the world. By firmly controlling the domestic and foreign affairs of the exporting countries, the foreign markets have been expanded for the development of capitalist economy, which not only maintains the national security of the United States but also maximizes the national interests of the United States. This democratic export strategy, which focuses on the realization of American democracy and the protection of American human rights, has not only failed to realize the democratic freedom and national development of the exporting countries, On the contrary, developing countries gradually become victims of capitalist international political and economic order. The purpose of this paper is to expose the political essence of American democratic export through the analysis of American democratic export strategy, and to study the challenge and threat of democratic export to our socialist democratic politics. Put forward the countermeasure and suggestion that consummate our country socialism democratic politics. The first part describes the theoretical sources, ideological and practical causes of the export strategy of democracy, and the development of American democratic export before the end of the Cold War. The second part: explain the change and influence of American democratic export strategy after the cold war. The third part: expound the threat and challenge of American democratic export strategy to China's democratic political construction. The fourth part: how to resist the threat and challenge of American democratic export strategy and strengthen and perfect the construction of socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics.
