【摘要】：當前,亞太地區(qū)已成為國際戰(zhàn)略競爭的主戰(zhàn)場,各主要國家為塑造有利于己的區(qū)域政治經(jīng)濟秩序而展開了激烈的較量,地緣政治博弈和安全困境有所加劇。在美國和日本的挑動下,地區(qū)熱點難點問題持續(xù)發(fā)酵并成為大國博弈的工具。在此背景下,中國周邊安全局勢進一步緊張,在東海和南海方向所面臨的安全威脅尤其呈現(xiàn)聯(lián)動性增強和可控性下降的特點,中國與對手發(fā)生碰撞和沖突的風險點增多。對此,中國可以在穩(wěn)定對外關(guān)系、推進國際合作的基礎(chǔ)上爭取戰(zhàn)略主動權(quán),同時管控危機和沖突,確保維權(quán)與維穩(wěn)的動態(tài)平衡。
[Abstract]:At present, the Asia-Pacific region has become the main battlefield of the international strategic competition, each major country has launched the intense contest in order to shape the regional political and economic order which is beneficial to itself, the geopolitical game and the security predicament have been aggravated. With the agitation of the United States and Japan, the hot and difficult issues in the region continue to ferment and become the tool of the game between the great powers. In this context, the security situation around China is further tense. The security threats in the East China Sea and the South China Sea are characterized by increased interaction and controllable decline, and the risk of collision and conflict between China and its adversaries increases. In this regard, China can strive for strategic initiative on the basis of stabilizing foreign relations and promoting international cooperation, while managing crises and conflicts to ensure a dynamic balance between safeguarding rights and maintaining stability.
