[Abstract]:In recent years, 2030 has become a year of intense discussion in the international community, and it has been hailed as a milestone moment of power transfer in the world. At that time, China will become the largest world economy, the emerging countries will rise collectively, and become as important an international political force as the traditional developed countries in Europe and the United States. The transformation of the world order has reached a critical point in history. Global governance has entered a critical moment for the third wave. The collective rise of emerging countries, to a certain extent, represents the prosperity of non-Western civilizations, which means that the economic, political and cultural path of the West has ceased to dominate since the Industrial Revolution, and a new model of governance is likely to be obtained in the East.
