【摘要】：歷史地看,人類社會已經(jīng)經(jīng)歷了帝國形式、主權國家時代及現(xiàn)在的近乎無秩序狀態(tài)等幾種形式的國際秩序�，F(xiàn)存國際秩序為西方所確立,但西方已經(jīng)很難主導這個體系,如何重建國際秩序是國際社會所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)。中國現(xiàn)在是最大的發(fā)展中國家,必然要在未來國際秩序的改革和建設過程中起到關鍵作用。與美國一樣,中國本身也面臨著全球化所帶來的問題,在這方面中美兩國有著巨大的共同利益。只有中美合作,才能形成一個新的和可行的世界觀和全球觀,構建全球治理體系。
[Abstract]:Historically, human society has experienced several forms of international order, such as the imperial form, the era of sovereign state and the present state of almost disorderly. The existing international order is established by the West, but it is difficult for the West to dominate the system. How to rebuild the international order is a challenge to the international community. China is now the largest developing country and is bound to play a key role in the reform and construction of the international order in the future. Like the United States, China itself faces the problems posed by globalization, and the two countries share enormous common interests in this regard. Only through Sino-American cooperation, can we form a new and feasible world outlook and global outlook, and construct a global governance system.
