【摘要】：正周恩來政府管理學院吳志成教授發(fā)表的《國際體系仍然處于多極化進程中》(《現(xiàn)代國際關系》2014年第7期)一文認為,在全球化深入發(fā)展、相互依賴日益增強、大國關系更加復雜的當今時代,觀察和分析國際體系的變化、特征與形態(tài),必須保持理性冷靜和戰(zhàn)略定力,立足于較長時段國際形勢的全局、整體、主流和大勢,綜合考察國際力量對比、國際制度安排、大國關系變化和主要國家戰(zhàn)略意愿等諸多因素進行審慎研判。
[Abstract]:"the international system is still in the process of multipolarization" (Modern International Relations, No. 7, 2014), published by Professor Wu Zhicheng of the Zhou Enlai School of Government Management, argues that with the deepening of globalization and increasing interdependence, In an era of more complicated relations between major powers, it is necessary to observe and analyze the changes, characteristics and forms of the international system, to maintain rational calm and strategic determination, and to base itself on the overall situation, the whole, the mainstream, and the general trend of the international situation for a longer period of time. A comprehensive examination of the international power balance, international institutional arrangements, changes in the relations between major powers and the strategic will of major countries.
