【摘要】：“韜光養(yǎng)晦”外交戰(zhàn)略思想是在20世紀(jì)90年代初世界格局進(jìn)入大變動(dòng)的歷史時(shí)期,鄧小平在對(duì)國際局勢(shì)的全面把握和對(duì)中國國情的深刻認(rèn)識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上提出的一項(xiàng)長(zhǎng)期的外交戰(zhàn)略。20余年來,我們?cè)卩囆∑健绊w光養(yǎng)晦”戰(zhàn)略思想的指導(dǎo)下,堅(jiān)持獨(dú)立自主的和平外交政策,不斷開拓創(chuàng)新,為現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)營造了一個(gè)有利的國際環(huán)境和周邊形勢(shì),國內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)取得了舉世矚目的偉大成就。 本文通過潛心研究世界政治多極化和經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和內(nèi)在規(guī)律,清醒認(rèn)識(shí)中國當(dāng)前面臨的國際環(huán)境,在對(duì)“韜光養(yǎng)晦”戰(zhàn)略思想的背景、內(nèi)涵、歷史作用及其在新時(shí)期的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行更深層次的分析研究,就如何從戰(zhàn)略高度處理韜光養(yǎng)晦與有所作為的關(guān)系方面作了進(jìn)一步的探討,并融入了自己對(duì)“韜光養(yǎng)晦”外交戰(zhàn)略的新見解。
[Abstract]:The diplomatic strategic thought of "hiding one's strength and keeping secret" was a historical period of great changes in the world pattern in the early 1990s. Deng Xiaoping has put forward a long-term diplomatic strategy for more than 20 years on the basis of a comprehensive understanding of the international situation and a profound understanding of China's national conditions. Under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping's strategic thought of "keeping a low profile", Adhering to an independent foreign policy of peace and constantly opening up and innovating has created a favorable international environment and surrounding situation for the modernization drive, and great achievements have been made in domestic economic construction. By studying the development trend and internal law of world political multipolarization and economic globalization, this paper soberly understands the international environment that China is currently facing, and the background and connotation of the strategic thought of "hiding one's strength and preserving one's strength and obscurity". On the basis of the historical role and its development in the new period, this paper makes a deeper analysis and study, and makes a further discussion on how to deal with the relationship between hiding one's strength and preserving one's ability and doing something from a strategic perspective. And incorporated his own diplomatic strategy of "hide one's strength and hide one's strength" new view.
