【摘要】： 冷戰(zhàn)后,全球地緣政治格局發(fā)生了很大變化,近年來,我國政治、經(jīng)濟、軍事等領(lǐng)域的快速發(fā)展,受到世界各國的關(guān)注,特別是引起了美國的高度警惕和防范。面對中國整體實力的不斷發(fā)展壯大,美國實施積極干預(yù)戰(zhàn)略,全力調(diào)動本國力量以達到自身目的。一方面,豐富的地緣政治理論為美國的對華戰(zhàn)略提供了有力的指導(dǎo),其中被美國充分貫徹的邊緣地帶理論和布熱津斯基的亞歐大陸地緣戰(zhàn)略對我國產(chǎn)生了重大的影響；另一方面,美國對我國進行了全方位的遏制。經(jīng)濟上加緊了對我國的滲透和控制,政治上加強了對我國的影響和干預(yù),軍事上加快了對我國的遏制和圍堵。在非傳統(tǒng)領(lǐng)域,美國更是借助科技文化的影響力,在諸如能源、反恐等領(lǐng)域的全球布局影響我國的地緣環(huán)境。 如何滿足我國對周邊環(huán)境安全穩(wěn)定的戰(zhàn)略需求是21世紀初我國地緣政治學(xué)界迫切需要解決的課題。本文通對亞歐大陸地緣環(huán)境的分析發(fā)現(xiàn),“人類希望之弧”將是我國尋求地緣政治理論突破的有力嘗試,我國的發(fā)展?jié)摿挖厔菔侨魏螄叶疾荒芏糁频?我國優(yōu)越的地緣位置和潛在的發(fā)展優(yōu)勢能夠使得我國化解美國對我國地緣環(huán)境的干預(yù),贏得生存發(fā)展的空間。
[Abstract]:After the Cold War, great changes have taken place in the global geopolitical structure. In recent years, the rapid development of China's political, economic, military and other fields has attracted the attention of all countries in the world, especially the United States has aroused a high degree of vigilance and prevention. In the face of the continuous development of China's overall strength, the United States implements an active intervention strategy to mobilize its own strength to achieve its goal. On the one hand, the abundant geopolitical theory has provided the powerful guidance for the American strategy towards China, among which the marginal zone theory fully implemented by the United States and the Eurasian geostrategy of Brzezinski have had a great influence on our country. On the other hand, the United States has contained our country in all directions. In terms of economy, we have stepped up our infiltration and control, strengthened our political influence and intervention, and militarily accelerated the containment and containment of our country. In non-traditional fields, the United States influences our country's geographical environment with the influence of science and technology culture, the global layout of such fields as energy, counter-terrorism and so on. How to meet our country's strategic demand for the security and stability of the surrounding environment is an urgent task to be solved by the geopolitical circles in China at the beginning of the 21 ~ (st) century. Based on the analysis of the geopolitical environment of Eurasia, this paper finds that "Arc of Human Hope" will be a powerful attempt for China to seek a breakthrough in geopolitical theory, and that China's development potential and trend cannot be contained by any country. Our country's superior geographical position and potential development advantage can make our country dissolve the American intervention in our country's geographical environment and win the space for survival and development.
