【摘要】：當(dāng)今世界格局不斷發(fā)生重大轉(zhuǎn)折,世界上每一個國家都加強了對國際戰(zhàn)略的研究,并紛紛調(diào)整自己的國際戰(zhàn)略。鄧小平、江澤民國際戰(zhàn)略思想是我黨的兩位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人根據(jù)中國的國情和戰(zhàn)略需要,科學(xué)分析當(dāng)代世界的時代主題,對執(zhí)政時期中國對外工作實踐經(jīng)驗的凝練。二者同屬于一個完整中國特色國際戰(zhàn)略思想的科學(xué)體系,這個體系是中國特色社會主義理論體系的重要組成部分。中國特色的國際戰(zhàn)略思想,既符合當(dāng)今世界的“世情”,也符合當(dāng)今我國的國情,是指導(dǎo)我國參與國際競爭、實現(xiàn)國家利益的銳利思想武器。本文在回顧總結(jié)過去中國與世界關(guān)系深刻變化的基礎(chǔ)上,深入分析鄧小平、江澤民的國際戰(zhàn)略思想構(gòu)成及異同,具體闡述了江澤民國際戰(zhàn)略思想對鄧小平國際戰(zhàn)略思想的繼承、發(fā)展和創(chuàng)新,最后總結(jié)了二者制定國際戰(zhàn)略的共同規(guī)律與經(jīng)驗。鄧小平、江澤民的國際戰(zhàn)略思想都始終堅持了獨立自主,反對霸權(quán)主義和維護世界和平的原則立場,都是在充分分析當(dāng)代世界格局的變動、我國改革開放和現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的國內(nèi)外環(huán)境的基礎(chǔ)上,對馬克思主義中國化形成的國際戰(zhàn)略思想的繼承和發(fā)展,對促進世界和平和發(fā)展起到了十分重要的作用�？偨Y(jié)兩位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人制定中國特色國際戰(zhàn)略的寶貴經(jīng)驗,對于中國未來和平發(fā)展問題研究有著長遠(yuǎn)的現(xiàn)實意義,為今后爭取良好的國際環(huán)境、維護中國的安全和國家利益、推進世界的和平發(fā)展與進步事業(yè)有著深遠(yuǎn)的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Every country in the world has strengthened its research on international strategy and adjusted its own international strategy one after another. The international strategic thought of Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin is the condensed experience of China's foreign work during the ruling period. The two leaders of our Party scientifically analyze the theme of the times in the contemporary world according to the national conditions and strategic needs of China. Both belong to a complete scientific system of international strategic thought with Chinese characteristics, which is an important part of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The international strategic thought with Chinese characteristics is not only in line with the "world situation" in the world today, but also with the current situation of our country, and is a sharp ideological weapon to guide our country to participate in international competition and realize the national interests. On the basis of reviewing and summarizing the profound changes in the relations between China and the world in the past, this paper deeply analyzes the composition and similarities and differences of the international strategic thoughts of Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin, and expounds in detail the inheritance of the international strategic thoughts of Jiang Zemin to the international strategic thoughts of Deng Xiaoping. Development and innovation, finally summed up the common law and experience in the formulation of international strategies. The international strategic thinking of Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin has always adhered to the principled stand of independence, opposition to hegemonism and maintenance of world peace, all of which are fully analyzing the changes in the contemporary world pattern. On the basis of the domestic and foreign environment of China's reform and opening up and modernization construction, the inheritance and development of the international strategic thought formed by Marxism in China has played a very important role in promoting world peace and development. Summing up the valuable experience of the two leaders in formulating an international strategy with Chinese characteristics has long-term practical significance for the study of China's future peaceful development, striving for a good international environment for the future, and safeguarding China's security and national interests. It is of great significance to promote the peaceful development and progress of the world.
