【摘要】：正自1979年中美建交以來(lái),兩國(guó)關(guān)系基本保持了合作共贏的態(tài)勢(shì)。2017年,中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨即將召開具有歷史意義的十九大,努力以新型國(guó)家間關(guān)系重塑中國(guó)與世界的關(guān)系;"不走尋常路"的特朗普就任美國(guó)總統(tǒng),也力圖圍繞"美國(guó)優(yōu)先"重塑美國(guó)與世界的關(guān)系,中美關(guān)系由此站在了新的歷史起點(diǎn)上。2017年3月18日,美國(guó)國(guó)務(wù)卿蒂勒森訪華,認(rèn)為當(dāng)前的中美關(guān)系處在一個(gè)"歷史性的時(shí)刻",兩國(guó)需要就未來(lái)50年的雙邊關(guān)系進(jìn)行一場(chǎng)"全新對(duì)話","定義中美關(guān)系的只能是友好",并做出"不沖突不對(duì)抗、相互尊重、合
[Abstract]:Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and the United States in 1979, bilateral relations have basically maintained a win-win situation. In 2017, the Communist Party of China will convene the historic 19th CPC National Congress. Efforts have been made to reshape the relationship between China and the world with a new type of inter-state relationship, and Trump, who has taken the unusual path of becoming US president, has also sought to reshape the relationship between the United States and the world around "American priority." Sino-US relations thus stand on a new historical starting point. On March 18, 2017, US Secretary of State Tillerson visited China. It is believed that the current Sino-US relations are at a "historic moment", and that the two countries need to have a "new dialogue" on their bilateral relations in the next 50 years, "the only definition of Sino-US relations is friendship", and the two countries should make "no conflict, no confrontation, mutual respect, and cooperation."
