【摘要】：正"全球性大國"是個極具存在感的名詞,但這種榮耀不是自我加封,而是來源于實力,且只能來源于實力。德國歷史學(xué)家蘭克在1833年發(fā)表的《列強(qiáng)論》一文中提出了"大國"的判斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn),即"必須能夠與其他所有聯(lián)合起來的大國相抗衡"的能力。此后的世界歷史也反復(fù)在證明,全球性大國,不是任何勢力或勢力集團(tuán)賞封的稱號,而是在全世界范圍里被普遍承認(rèn)的地位。歷史已經(jīng)給出了全球性大國誕生的條件:地域大、國力強(qiáng)和世界性影響。地域大為發(fā)展提供了廣闊空間,是成為全球性大
[Abstract]:The term "global power" is a very existential term, but this glory comes not from self-sealing, but from power, and only from power. In his 1833 article on the Great Powers, the German historian Rank put forward the criterion of "great power", that is, the ability to "be able to compete with all the other great powers United". Since then, the history of the world has repeatedly proved that the global power is not the title of any power or group of forces, but a universally recognized position in the world. History has given the conditions for the birth of a global power: large territory, strong national strength and worldwide influence.
