【摘要】：本文對(duì)中國(guó)2008年以來(lái)的援非農(nóng)業(yè)專家派遣工作進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)要回顧,分析了開展援非農(nóng)業(yè)專家派遣工作的必要性、取得的積極效果以及存在的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),提出了完善援非農(nóng)業(yè)專家派遣工作的有關(guān)建議,希望能夠?yàn)橥晟圃鈱＜遗汕补ぷ鞅Ｕ象w系建設(shè)、整體規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)及管理機(jī)制建設(shè)提供一些有益參考。
[Abstract]:This paper briefly reviews the dispatch of non-agricultural experts in China since 2008, and analyzes the necessity, the positive effects and the weak links of the dispatch of non-agricultural experts. This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to perfect the dispatch of non-agricultural experts, and hopes to provide some useful references for improving the construction of the guarantee system, the overall planning and design and the construction of management mechanism for the dispatch of experts to assist foreign countries.
