【摘要】：越南與老撾關(guān)系是戰(zhàn)后冷戰(zhàn)時期東南亞地區(qū)最重要的國家關(guān)系之一。1975年以后，越老關(guān)系被兩國官方定位為“特殊關(guān)系”，越老特殊關(guān)系不僅對雙方，，而且還對包括中國在內(nèi)的地區(qū)國際關(guān)系都產(chǎn)生了較大的影響，研究越老特殊關(guān)系具有重要意義。 地區(qū)國際關(guān)系史是本研究的歷史基礎(chǔ)，國際關(guān)系理論是本研究的理論支撐。戰(zhàn)后越南和老撾都經(jīng)歷了抗法抗美和社會主義建設(shè)三個歷史時期，革命歷史和社會主義發(fā)展相似，這是本研究梳理和把握特殊關(guān)系從萌芽到發(fā)展，再到最終確立的歷史脈絡(luò)。歷史走向如此，地理因素和人文因素對特殊關(guān)系形成同樣發(fā)揮著不可忽視的巨大影響。在上述基礎(chǔ)上，對越老特殊關(guān)系進(jìn)行深入分析，多角度對比剖析特殊關(guān)系的實(shí)質(zhì)內(nèi)涵，形成文章核心觀點(diǎn)，此乃本研究之髓。
[Abstract]:The relations between Vietnam and Laos are one of the most important relations in Southeast Asia during the post-war cold war period. After 1975, the relations between Vietnam and Laos were officially defined as "special relations" between the two countries. It also has great influence on the regional international relations, including China, so it is of great significance to study the special relationship between the older and older regions. The history of regional international relations is the historical basis of this study, and the theory of international relations is the theoretical support of this study. After the war, both Vietnam and Laos experienced three historical periods of resistance to France, resistance to the United States and socialist construction. The history of revolution and socialist development is similar. This is the historical context of this study that combs and grasps the special relationship from the bud to the development, and then to the final establishment. In this way, geographical factors and humanistic factors play an important role in the formation of special relationship. On the basis of the above, this paper makes a thorough analysis of the special relationship between the older and older, and analyzes the essential connotation of the special relationship from various angles, forming the core point of view of the article, which is the marrow of this study.
