【摘要】：新中國(guó)成立以后，中國(guó)出于歷史環(huán)境和自身發(fā)展的需要走上了社會(huì)主義的發(fā)展道路，中國(guó)和日本并沒有建立正式的外交關(guān)系。建國(guó)前后，日本國(guó)內(nèi)存在著發(fā)展日中貿(mào)易的友好人士和經(jīng)濟(jì)團(tuán)體，日本人民希望同中國(guó)開展貿(mào)易活動(dòng)。為了打破美國(guó)主導(dǎo)的封鎖遏制新中國(guó)的政策和企圖，充分利用國(guó)外資源恢復(fù)和發(fā)展國(guó)內(nèi)經(jīng)濟(jì)，在中日兩國(guó)官方外交關(guān)系不能打開的情況下，中國(guó)政府制定了“民間先行、以民促官”的民間外交方針，希望以民間交流活動(dòng)帶動(dòng)中日官方關(guān)系的改善。由于中日間經(jīng)濟(jì)方面存在著巨大的互補(bǔ)性，民間貿(mào)易交流就成為了雙方民間交往的主要形式。 中日邦交正�；暗拿耖g貿(mào)易所涉及的時(shí)間是1949年到1972年。論文首先對(duì)中日邦交正�；懊耖g貿(mào)易開展的歷史環(huán)境進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)地論述，分析了戰(zhàn)后中日關(guān)系及開展民間貿(mào)易的原因。論文以時(shí)間為線索，論述了建國(guó)前后日本國(guó)內(nèi)民間貿(mào)促團(tuán)體的建立。20世紀(jì)50年代，論文著重梳理和分析中日四次民間貿(mào)易協(xié)議的簽訂過(guò)程、實(shí)施情況及協(xié)議間的異同。60年代，論文對(duì)中日友好貿(mào)易和備忘錄貿(mào)易進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)地闡述。70年代初，中日各界互動(dòng)頻繁，中日民間貿(mào)易活動(dòng)的最終目標(biāo)即兩國(guó)邦交正常化終于實(shí)現(xiàn)。論文還分析了中日邦交正�；懊耖g貿(mào)易的重要作用，肯定了其歷史地位并從中得到了一些外交經(jīng)驗(yàn)，這些經(jīng)驗(yàn)會(huì)在以后我國(guó)開展對(duì)外關(guān)系時(shí)提供一定的借鑒和指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of New China, China has embarked on the path of socialist development for the sake of historical environment and its own development. China and Japan have not established formal diplomatic relations. Before and after the founding of the people's Republic of Japan, there were friendly figures and economic groups to develop Japanese-China trade, and the Japanese people wanted to carry out trade activities with China. In order to break the US-led blockade and contain the new China's policies and attempts, and to make full use of foreign resources to restore and develop the domestic economy, the Chinese government has formulated the "folk first" when the official diplomatic relations between China and Japan cannot be opened. The folk diplomatic policy of promoting officials by the people hopes to promote the improvement of official relations between China and Japan through folk exchange activities. Because of the great complementarity between China and Japan, folk trade exchange has become the main form of folk exchanges. The time involved in private trade before the normalization of diplomatic relations between China and Japan was from 1949 to 1972. This paper firstly discusses in detail the historical environment of folk trade before the normalization of Sino-Japanese diplomatic relations, and analyzes the reasons for the development of Sino-Japanese relations after the war. Based on the clue of time, the paper discusses the establishment of Japan's domestic non-governmental trade promotion groups before and after the founding of the people's Republic of China. In the 1950s, the paper focuses on combing and analyzing the signing process, the implementation and the similarities and differences between the four agreements between China and Japan, as well as the similarities and differences between the agreements in the 1960s. This paper expounds in detail the Sino-Japanese friendly trade and memorandum trade in the early 1970s, the interaction between all circles of China and Japan is frequent, and the ultimate goal of Sino-Japanese folk trade is the normalization of diplomatic relations between the two countries. The paper also analyzes the important role of folk trade before the normalization of Sino-Japanese diplomatic relations, affirms its historical status and obtains some diplomatic experiences, which will provide some reference and guidance for the future development of China's foreign relations.
