【摘要】：2013年,歐洲形勢總體保持穩(wěn)定,歐盟一體化建設(shè)取得新進(jìn)展,歐洲經(jīng)濟出現(xiàn)企穩(wěn)跡象,但歐盟凝聚力和向心力明顯下降、經(jīng)濟復(fù)蘇步伐依然緩慢;歐盟積極推動與美國和日本的自由貿(mào)易協(xié)定談判,貿(mào)易協(xié)定一旦簽訂,將對全球經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易和投資格局產(chǎn)生重大影響。中歐關(guān)系持續(xù)穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,高層訪問頻繁,共同利益增多,合作領(lǐng)域擴展,但矛盾與分歧也更加突顯。
[Abstract]:In 2013, the European situation remained stable in general, new progress was made in EU integration and signs of stability in the European economy. However, the EU's cohesion and centripetal force decreased significantly and the pace of economic recovery was still slow. The EU actively promoted the free trade agreement with the United States and Japan. Once the trade agreement was signed, the trade agreement would be on the global economy and trade. The investment pattern has a significant impact. China EU relations continue to develop steadily, frequent high-level visits, increasing common interests and expansion in the field of cooperation, but the contradictions and differences are also more prominent.
