【摘要】：巴基斯坦總理謝里夫2013年5月上臺(tái)至今,巴反恐戰(zhàn)略已歷三次調(diào)整,從與"巴基斯坦塔利班"(以下簡(jiǎn)稱"巴塔")和談到圍剿北瓦濟(jì)里斯坦部落區(qū)恐怖分子,再進(jìn)一步全面深化打恐,實(shí)施綜合治恐的方針。巴反恐戰(zhàn)略的調(diào)整既是和談戰(zhàn)略失敗、巴國(guó)內(nèi)恐情失控的直接反應(yīng),也與巴軍政間力量和地位的此消彼長(zhǎng),以及巴阿(富汗)關(guān)系改善等因素密不可分。巴反恐牽涉因素眾多,反恐新政或難以持續(xù)推進(jìn),故巴仍將面臨較大的暴恐挑戰(zhàn),并對(duì)地區(qū)和國(guó)際恐情產(chǎn)生較大影響。
[Abstract]:Since Pakistani Prime Minister Sharif took office in May 2013, Pakistan's counter-terrorism strategy has been adjusted three times, from "the Pakistani Taliban" (hereinafter referred to as "Bhatta") and to the encirclement and suppression of terrorists in the North Waziristan tribal region. We will further deepen the fight against terrorism and implement the policy of comprehensive control of terrorism. The adjustment of Pakistan's anti-terrorism strategy is not only a failure of the peace talks strategy and a direct reaction to the loss of control over Pakistan's domestic situation, but also an inextricable relationship between Pakistan's military and political forces and positions, and the improvement of the relations between Pakistan and Afghanistan (Fu Khan). Since there are many factors involved in the fight against terrorism, the new deal may not be able to push forward continuously, so Pakistan will still face a great challenge of violent terrorism, which will have a great impact on the regional and international terrorist situation.
