【摘要】：自普京第三次出任俄羅斯總統(tǒng)以及安倍晉三再次出任日本首相以來,俄日關(guān)系實(shí)現(xiàn)了以2013年4月雙方首腦會(huì)晤為標(biāo)志的"解凍",并取得明顯進(jìn)展。亞太形勢深刻變化是俄日戰(zhàn)略矛盾相對(duì)弱化與合作議題擴(kuò)展的重要原因。俄希望維持亞太力量平衡、牽制美日同盟、在俄日關(guān)系中占據(jù)主動(dòng)、借力日本加速俄遠(yuǎn)東地區(qū)發(fā)展,以及日本企圖拉俄制華、改善自身亞太處境、力圖解決北方領(lǐng)土問題并促進(jìn)日本經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展等,則是俄日關(guān)系改善和發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略動(dòng)因。未來俄日關(guān)系的深化還面臨若干因素影響,未來前景仍具有不確定性。
[Abstract]:Russia hopes to maintain the balance of the Asia - Pacific force , lead to the development of the U.S . - Japan alliance , take the initiative in the relations between Russia and Japan , accelerate the development of the Asia - Pacific region and promote the economic development of Japan , and seek to solve the problems of North China and promote the economic development of Japan . The deepening of the relations between Japan and Japan is also facing several factors , and the future prospects remain uncertain .
