【摘要】：當(dāng)前世界經(jīng)濟(jì)并沒有從2008年金融危機(jī)的影響中走出來,主要經(jīng)濟(jì)體之間需要加強(qiáng)合作才能盡快實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)的恢復(fù)與增長(zhǎng),二十國(guó)集團(tuán)為各國(guó)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人提供了一個(gè)良好的交流平臺(tái)。二十國(guó)集團(tuán)近年來在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)治理方面取得了很大的成效,這與二十國(guó)集團(tuán)機(jī)制的逐步完善是分不開的。本文的研究目的就是為了通過對(duì)二十國(guó)集團(tuán)機(jī)制化進(jìn)程的梳理,總結(jié)出二十國(guó)集團(tuán)的未來發(fā)展需要解決的問題,最后提出解決這些問題的一些思路。 論文分為五大部分。第一部分是導(dǎo)論,介紹了本文的研究意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀以及一些術(shù)語的定義。第二部分從二十國(guó)集團(tuán)的發(fā)展歷史中總結(jié)出目前二十國(guó)集團(tuán)存在的問題。論文的第三部分分析了二十國(guó)集團(tuán)存在問題的根源,包括國(guó)際格局的限制、國(guó)際機(jī)制的制約、各國(guó)利益不同以及二十國(guó)集團(tuán)存在的機(jī)制問題。第四部分提出通過完善二十國(guó)集團(tuán)的機(jī)制措施,包括增設(shè)秘書處,增加成員國(guó),確立執(zhí)行和監(jiān)督機(jī)制,加強(qiáng)與其他國(guó)際組織的關(guān)系。最后是本文的總結(jié)部分。 中國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的關(guān)系越來越密切,在全球的利益也越來越多,因此需要更加注重與其他國(guó)家之間的合作與協(xié)調(diào)。二十國(guó)集團(tuán)為中國(guó)提供了一個(gè)良好的平臺(tái),使中國(guó)有機(jī)會(huì)在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)治理中發(fā)揮更大的作用。
[Abstract]:The current world economy has not emerged from the impact of the 2008 financial crisis, and the major economies need to strengthen cooperation to achieve economic recovery and growth as soon as possible. The G20 provides a good platform for leaders to communicate. The G20 has made great achievements in global economic governance in recent years, which is inseparable from the gradual improvement of the G-20 mechanism. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the problems that need to be solved in the future development of the G20 by combing the process of institutionalization of the G20, and finally to put forward some ideas to solve these problems. The paper is divided into five parts. The first part is an introduction, which introduces the significance of this paper, the research status at home and abroad and the definitions of some terms. The second part summarizes the existing problems of G20 from its history. The third part of the paper analyzes the root causes of the existing problems of the G20, including the limitations of the international structure, the constraints of the international mechanism, the different interests of different countries and the institutional problems of the G-20. The fourth part proposes to strengthen the relationship with other international organizations by perfecting the mechanism of G20, including the addition of secretariat, the increase of member countries, the establishment of implementation and supervision mechanism. The last part is the summary of this paper. China's economic development is more and more closely related to the global economy, and its interests in the world are increasing, so it is necessary to pay more attention to cooperation and coordination with other countries. The G20 provides a good platform for China to play a bigger role in global economic governance.
