【摘要】：正近年來,在學術(shù)界的一定范圍內(nèi),存在著對"世界主義"的討論,贊成者有之,反對者也有之。作為學術(shù)問題討論,見仁見智,無可非議。但把"世界主義"的帽子扣在我國獨立自主對外政策的頭上,把我國的國際新戰(zhàn)略說成"具有世界主義情懷"和"世界主義思想",就顯得別有用心了。"世界主義"是西方在國際政治學上的一種學術(shù)思想,是同西方的"自由、民主、平等"價值觀聯(lián)系在一起的,這同我國的"和平共處"、"和諧世界"、"利益共同體"、
[Abstract]:In recent years, in a certain range of academic circles, there is a discussion on "cosmopolitanism". As an academic issue to discuss, different opinions, beyond reproach. But putting the "cosmopolitanism" on the head of our country's independent foreign policy and describing our new international strategy as "cosmopolitan" and "cosmopolitan" seems to have ulterior motives. " Cosmopolitanism is an academic thought of the West in international politics. It is linked with the values of "freedom, democracy and equality" in the West, which is associated with the "peaceful coexistence", "harmonious world" and "community of interests" of our country.
