【摘要】：本-古里安是猶太復(fù)國主義運(yùn)動的領(lǐng)袖人物,被稱為“現(xiàn)代以色列之父”。在以色列建國前的半個世紀(jì)里,他的移民思想與實踐活動對以色列國家的建立產(chǎn)生了重要影響。本文就是對這一思想與實踐所做的一項專題研究。全文共分三部分。 第一節(jié)主要論述了1903-1935年本-古里安的移民思想與實踐。在當(dāng)時相對寬松的國際環(huán)境下,為了勸導(dǎo)更多的猶太移民來到巴勒斯坦,本-古里安對“勞動征服”理論進(jìn)行了發(fā)揮。他把猶太勞工視作猶太復(fù)國主義夢想的踐行者,積極致力于猶太勞工的團(tuán)結(jié)自立生活,從而將巴勒斯坦猶太人的生活描繪成了一幅具有吸引力的理想畫面。 第二節(jié)通過三個事例概述了1935-1945年本-古里安的移民思想與實踐。在戰(zhàn)前和戰(zhàn)時高度緊張的國際環(huán)境下,本-古里安在國際社會縱橫捭闔,通過動員美國猶太人的力量制衡阿拉伯人對英國施加的影響力,從而緩和英國對猶太移民的嚴(yán)格限制；通過“猶太聯(lián)邦”主張堅持移民事業(yè)的同時,緩解與美國猶太人、英國、阿拉伯人的紛爭；為解救猶太兒童而克服戰(zhàn)爭影響,力圖同時取得英國委任統(tǒng)治當(dāng)局、蘇聯(lián)、中立的土耳其政府和羅馬尼亞納粹當(dāng)局的善意支持。這些都體現(xiàn)了原則性與靈活性的有機(jī)統(tǒng)一。 第三節(jié)主要論述了1945-1948年本古里安的移民思想與實踐。在戰(zhàn)后英猶關(guān)系日益緊張的國際環(huán)境下,本-古里安一方面將移民巴勒斯坦的權(quán)利視為猶太人的生存保障,在美國配合下,在外交上以激進(jìn)的態(tài)度向英國提出激進(jìn)的移民要求；另一方面采取激進(jìn)的斗爭手段,不斷在巴勒斯坦引發(fā)暴力事件,并逐漸提高暴力水平,積極領(lǐng)導(dǎo)非法移民活動,從而與英國委任統(tǒng)治當(dāng)局發(fā)生了嚴(yán)重的對抗。在此影響下,英國最終決定結(jié)束對巴勒斯坦地區(qū)的委任統(tǒng)治。
[Abstract]:Ben Gurien was the leader of the Zionist movement, known as the father of modern Israel. In the half century before the founding of Israel, his immigration thought and practice had an important influence on the establishment of Israel. This paper is a special research on this thought and practice. The full text is divided into three parts. The first section mainly discusses the immigration thought and practice of Ben-Gurian in 1903-1935. In order to persuade more Jewish immigrants to come to Palestine, Ben-Gurian gave play to the theory of "labor conquest" in the relatively relaxed international environment at that time. He regarded Jewish workers as the practitioners of the Zionist dream and devoted himself to the solidarity and self-reliance of Jewish workers, thus portraying the life of the Palestinian Jews as an attractive ideal picture. The second section summarizes Ben-Gurian 's immigration thought and practice from 1935 to 1945 through three examples. In the international environment of high tension before and during the war, Ben-Gurion manoeuvred in the international community to balance the influence of Arabs on Britain by mobilizing American Jewish forces, thereby easing the strict restrictions on Jewish immigrants in Britain. Through the "Jewish Union," advocate to stick to the cause of immigration, at the same time ease the dispute with American Jews, Britain, Arabs, to save Jewish children and overcome the impact of war, trying to simultaneously obtain the British mandate, the Soviet Union, The good will of the neutral Turkish government and the Romanian Nazi authorities. All these reflect the organic unity of principle and flexibility. The third section mainly discusses Ben-Gurian 's immigration thought and practice from 1945 to 1948. Under the increasingly tense international environment of the post-war Anglo-Jewish relations, on the one hand, Ben-Gurion regarded the right of immigrating Palestine as the survival guarantee of the Jews, and under the cooperation of the United States, he put forward the radical immigration request to the United Kingdom in a radical manner in diplomacy. On the other hand, violent incidents in Palestine were incessantly triggered by radical means of struggle, and the level of violence was gradually raised, and illegal immigrants were actively led, which led to a serious confrontation with the British mandate. Under this influence, Britain finally decided to end its mandate on Palestinian territory.
