【摘要】：1840年的鴉片戰(zhàn)爭打開了中國閉關(guān)自守的大門,除武力威脅與戰(zhàn)爭強(qiáng)迫外,西方資本主義國家還與清廷展開各種形式和層次的外交交涉,上演了近代中國的"王爺外交"。"王爺外交"既非外國方面亦非清廷方面的一種明確的外交政策、途徑或方法,其主動(dòng)力也非源于清王朝,相反,是西方各國基于與清廷各級(jí)官員建立廣泛而"平等"的聯(lián)系的心理推動(dòng)的,因此"王爺外交"的主動(dòng)力皆來自于外國政府,特別是外國駐華公使。近代中國的"王爺外交"分四重奏:咸豐帝時(shí)期萬般無奈下的"王爺外交",中日甲午戰(zhàn)爭時(shí)期空前屈辱的"王爺外交",光緒帝時(shí)期備感滑稽的"王爺外交",以及短暫的略顯和好的"王爺外交"。但總體來說,中國近代時(shí)期的"王爺外交"是中國在西方資本主義國家壓迫下的被動(dòng)選擇。
[Abstract]:The Opium War in 1840 opened the door for China to close its doors. In addition to the threat of force and the coercion of war, Western capitalist countries also engaged in various forms and levels of diplomatic negotiations with the Qing Dynasty, which staged the "Wang Ye's diplomacy" in modern China. " Wang Yeh's diplomacy "is neither a clear foreign policy nor a way or method of the Qing government, nor is its main motive force derived from the Qing Dynasty, on the contrary," Western countries based on the establishment of extensive and "equal" relations with the Qing government officials at all levels of the psychological promotion, so "Wang Ye diplomacy" of the main impetus from foreign governments, especially foreign ministers to China. "Wang Ye's diplomacy" in modern China is composed of four parts: "Wang Ye's diplomacy" in Xianfeng Emperor's desperate period, "Wang Ye's diplomacy", "Wang Ye's diplomacy", which was unprecedented humiliating during the Sino-Japanese Sino-Japanese Sino-Japanese War of 1895, "Wang Ye's diplomacy", and "Wang Ye's diplomacy" in the Guang Xu emperor's period. Brief show and good "Wang Ye diplomacy". But in general, Wang Yeh's diplomacy in modern China is a passive choice under the oppression of western capitalist countries.
