【摘要】：阿富汗獨(dú)特的地緣位置使其成為地區(qū)利益的交匯點(diǎn)以及周邊與域外國(guó)家博弈的"棋盤"。這些國(guó)家根據(jù)各自利益分別采取了不同的對(duì)阿政策,并形成了多個(gè)復(fù)雜的三邊與多邊關(guān)系,這種多邊關(guān)系結(jié)構(gòu)不僅制約了阿富汗的重建進(jìn)程,為阿富汗問題的解決增加了難度,同時(shí)也釋放著巨大的合作潛能,為阿富汗及地區(qū)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展增添了更多可能性。在某種程度上,外部國(guó)家在阿富汗形成的多邊關(guān)系結(jié)構(gòu)決定了阿富汗重建的未來。本文首先介紹介入阿富汗事務(wù)的主要外部國(guó)家在阿富汗的利益與行動(dòng),并在此基礎(chǔ)上分析這些國(guó)家在阿富汗形成的三邊與多邊關(guān)系結(jié)構(gòu)及其對(duì)地區(qū)合作的制約與潛存動(dòng)力。
[Abstract]:The unique geographical position of Afghanistan has made it the intersection of regional interests and the "chess board" between the surrounding and extraterritorial countries. These countries have adopted different anti Arab policies according to their respective interests and formed complex three side and multilateral relations. This multilateral relationship structure not only restricts the reconstruction process of Afghanistan, but it is the same. The solution of the problem of rich sweat increases the difficulty, and it also releases great potential for cooperation, which adds more possibilities to the further development of Afghanistan and the region. To some extent, the multilateral relationship structure formed by the external countries in Afghanistan determines the future of Afghanistan's reconstruction. On the basis of the interests and actions of the country in Afghanistan, it analyses the structure of these three sides and multilateral relations in Afghanistan and its constraints and potential for regional cooperation in Afghanistan.
