【摘要】：隨著中拉論壇首屆部長級會議的成功舉行,中拉整體合作終于由構(gòu)想變成了現(xiàn)實。它標志著中國實現(xiàn)了與發(fā)展中國家機制化整體合作的全覆蓋,為開拓中國特色大國外交邁出了新的步伐。中拉整體合作是地區(qū)間主義發(fā)展的重要成果,它與中非整體合作具有一些共同特點,但并非是后者的簡單"復(fù)制品"。拉美特有的經(jīng)濟、文化和地緣因素決定了中拉整體合作在借鑒已有經(jīng)驗的基礎(chǔ)上,必須根據(jù)現(xiàn)實環(huán)境走出一條兼顧各方利益的特有之路,從而促進中拉全面合作伙伴關(guān)系的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the successful holding of the first ministerial meeting of Sino-Latin America Forum, the overall cooperation between China and Latin America has finally become a reality. It marks the full coverage of China's overall cooperation with developing countries, and a new step forward in opening up the diplomacy of great powers with Chinese characteristics. The overall cooperation between China and Latin America is an important achievement of the development of regionalism. It has some common characteristics with the whole cooperation between China and Africa, but it is not a simple "replica" of the latter. The unique economic, cultural and geographical factors in Latin America have determined that the overall cooperation between China and Latin America must, on the basis of the existing experience, take into account the interests of all parties on the basis of the actual environment. So as to promote the healthy development of the comprehensive cooperative partnership between China and Latin America.
