【摘要】：從全球范圍來看,國際政治經濟正處于急劇變化的歷史轉折期,在以歐美經濟發(fā)達國家為代表的"反全球化"浪潮中,中國等新興經濟體和發(fā)展中國家的全球化進程方興未艾,中國將迎著"反全球化"浪潮繼續(xù)推動全球化的發(fā)展。當前,中美關系的整體態(tài)勢和輿論走向非常復雜,存在很大不確定性,中美兩國精英界和普通公眾輿論對彼此的判斷和認知還存在很大轉換與提升的空間。隨著中美硬實力對比的變化,中美關系進入新的發(fā)展階段,其中一個突出的特征就是兩國間戰(zhàn)略競爭和戰(zhàn)略猜疑的加劇。但是,中美合作大于分歧和競爭。公共外交作為政府外交的有益補充,對于中美之間加強理解、提升戰(zhàn)略互信發(fā)揮著重要作用。
[Abstract]:On a global scale, the international political economy is in a period of dramatic historical transition. In the "anti-globalization" wave represented by the developed countries in Europe and the United States, the globalization process of China and other emerging economies and developing countries is in the ascendant. China will continue to promote the development of globalization against the tide of anti-globalization. At present, the overall situation and the trend of public opinion in Sino-US relations are very complex, there is a lot of uncertainty, and there is still great room for transformation and improvement of the judgment and cognition of the elite circles and ordinary public opinion of China and the United States to each other. With the change of the contrast of hard power between China and the United States, Sino-US relations have entered a new stage of development, one of the outstanding features of which is the intensification of strategic competition and strategic suspicion between the two countries. However, Sino-American cooperation outweighs division and competition. As a useful complement to government diplomacy, public diplomacy plays an important role in enhancing understanding and enhancing strategic mutual trust between China and the United States.
