【摘要】：20世紀(jì)50年代后期中蘇兩國(guó)逐漸交惡,東歐國(guó)家中只有阿爾巴尼亞與中國(guó)保持了密切關(guān)系。60-70年代"文化大革命"時(shí)期的中國(guó)與阿方進(jìn)入"蜜月期",毛澤東曾用"海內(nèi)存知己,天涯若比鄰"來形容兩國(guó)關(guān)系。同一時(shí)期,中國(guó)為阿國(guó)提供了大量的設(shè)備、技術(shù)和資金援助,并選派了大批技術(shù)骨干和管理人員幫助其建立項(xiàng)目發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)。70年代以后兩國(guó)出現(xiàn)分歧,關(guān)系冷卻,中方于1978年7月停止了援建。本文實(shí)錄參與當(dāng)時(shí)最大的援建項(xiàng)目之一——愛爾巴桑冶金聯(lián)合企業(yè)的四位親歷者的口述,他們當(dāng)中有技術(shù)專家、管理人員和翻譯。他們以個(gè)人經(jīng)歷從不同側(cè)面鮮活地重現(xiàn)了這段國(guó)際國(guó)內(nèi)背景交織、政治經(jīng)濟(jì)相互作用的宏大歷史事件。
[Abstract]:In the late 1950s, China and the Soviet Union gradually became hostile. Among the Eastern European countries, only Albania maintained close relations with China. During the "Cultural Revolution" of the 1960s and 1970s, China and Albania entered the "honeymoon period." Mao Zedong used "keeping close friends in the sea." To describe the relationship between the two countries. During the same period, China provided a large amount of equipment, technical and financial assistance to Afghanistan, and sent a large number of technical backbone and management personnel to help it establish projects, develop the economy, and after the 1970s, the two countries had differences and relations cooled. The Chinese side stopped building in July 1978. In this paper, we record the oral accounts of four experienced people who participated in one of the largest projects at the time, the Elbasan Metallurgical Joint Enterprise, which included technical experts, managers and translators. With their personal experiences, they vividly recreate this grand historical event of intertwined international and domestic backgrounds and political and economic interactions.
