【摘要】：從權力資源和國際影響力兩個指標看,韓國已進入新興中等強國行列。作為G20機制中的中等強國成員,韓國有根據(jù)自身偏好塑造G20議程的動力�；谶@一動力,韓國在G20機制中積極開展中等強國外交,塑造G20議程。通過運用議題界定策略和利益動員策略,韓國將發(fā)展、可持續(xù)和平衡增長框架、國際金融機構改革、金融安全網(wǎng)建設等議題成功引入G20議程。為提高議程塑造能力,中韓兩國可以在有相同訴求的議題上開展合作,聯(lián)合塑造G20議程。
[Abstract]:From the two indicators of power resources and international influence, South Korea has entered the ranks of emerging middle powers. As a medium-power member of the G20, South Korea has the drive to shape the G20 agenda according to its preferences. Based on this impetus, South Korea actively carried out diplomacy in the G20 mechanism to shape the G20 agenda. Through the use of issue definition strategy and interest mobilization strategy, South Korea will successfully introduce development, sustainable and balanced growth framework, international financial institutions reform, financial safety net construction and other issues into the G20 agenda. To improve their ability to shape the agenda, China and South Korea can work together on issues that have the same appeal, jointly shaping the G20 agenda.
