【摘要】：正政治傳播涉及政治學(xué)、傳播學(xué)、社會學(xué)、心理學(xué)等諸多學(xué)科和領(lǐng)域,而國際政治傳播融合了國際傳播和政治傳播,它使政治傳播面向世界其他國家和地區(qū)的政府、團體和公眾,并涉及到國際關(guān)系、公共外交、文化交流等領(lǐng)域。我國的"對外傳播"概念源于"對外宣傳",雖然不同于西方政治傳播和國際政治傳播的源起,但其"國際性"和"政治性"的特征同樣是非常突出的。對外傳播面向的是世界其他國家和地區(qū)的受眾,從理論和實踐層面上,都需要
[Abstract]:Positive political communication involves many disciplines and fields such as politics, communication, sociology, psychology and so on, while international political communication combines international communication with political communication, which makes political communication open to the governments of other countries and regions of the world. Groups and the public, and involved in international relations, public diplomacy, cultural exchanges and other fields. The concept of "external communication" in our country originates from "foreign propaganda".
