【摘要】：2012年,中國與東盟自1991年建立的友好關系已進入第三個十年。回顧過去20多年的發(fā)展,中國一東盟的關系經(jīng)歷了一個飛速發(fā)展的過程,而這在很大程度上都歸功于中國在東盟軟實力建設上所取得的巨大成功。當前,中國對東盟的軟實力建設在不斷推進的同時,也暴露出了許多問題,而這類問題也是中國當前軟實力外交的通病。本文將在簡要闡述軟實力理論的基礎上對中國在東盟的軟實力建設進程做一歸納,并在此基礎上提出當前中國在東盟軟實力建設中存在的問題。最后,針對此類問題,本文將給出相關建議。
[Abstract]:In 2012, China and ASEAN entered the third decade of friendly relations since 1991. Looking back on the development of the past 20 years, the relationship between China and ASEAN has experienced a rapid development process, which is largely due to the great success of China in the construction of ASEAN soft power. At present, the construction of China's soft power to ASEAN is constantly advancing, but at the same time, it also exposes many problems, and this kind of problem is also the common problem of China's current soft power diplomacy. This paper will summarize the process of China's soft power construction in ASEAN on the basis of briefly expounding the theory of soft power, and put forward the problems existing in the construction of ASEAN soft power at present. Finally, this paper will give some suggestions for this kind of problems.
