【摘要】：2012年,中國(guó)與東盟自1991年建立的友好關(guān)系已進(jìn)入第三個(gè)十年。回顧過(guò)去20多年的發(fā)展,中國(guó)一東盟的關(guān)系經(jīng)歷了一個(gè)飛速發(fā)展的過(guò)程,而這在很大程度上都?xì)w功于中國(guó)在東盟軟實(shí)力建設(shè)上所取得的巨大成功。當(dāng)前,中國(guó)對(duì)東盟的軟實(shí)力建設(shè)在不斷推進(jìn)的同時(shí),也暴露出了許多問(wèn)題,而這類(lèi)問(wèn)題也是中國(guó)當(dāng)前軟實(shí)力外交的通病。本文將在簡(jiǎn)要闡述軟實(shí)力理論的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)中國(guó)在東盟的軟實(shí)力建設(shè)進(jìn)程做一歸納,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出當(dāng)前中國(guó)在東盟軟實(shí)力建設(shè)中存在的問(wèn)題。最后,針對(duì)此類(lèi)問(wèn)題,本文將給出相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:In 2012, China and ASEAN entered the third decade of friendly relations since 1991. Looking back on the development of the past 20 years, the relationship between China and ASEAN has experienced a rapid development process, which is largely due to the great success of China in the construction of ASEAN soft power. At present, the construction of China's soft power to ASEAN is constantly advancing, but at the same time, it also exposes many problems, and this kind of problem is also the common problem of China's current soft power diplomacy. This paper will summarize the process of China's soft power construction in ASEAN on the basis of briefly expounding the theory of soft power, and put forward the problems existing in the construction of ASEAN soft power at present. Finally, this paper will give some suggestions for this kind of problems.
