【摘要】：2005年,時(shí)任國(guó)民黨主席的連戰(zhàn)先生訪問大陸,此后隨著兩岸交流的加強(qiáng),臺(tái)海局勢(shì)趨于緩和,兩岸關(guān)系相對(duì)穩(wěn)定。臺(tái)灣問題一直是困擾中日關(guān)系的重要方面。日本在歷史,經(jīng)濟(jì),文化等各方面與臺(tái)灣有著密切關(guān)系。日本從自身的安全和利益出發(fā),一直以來對(duì)臺(tái)海局勢(shì)進(jìn)行高度關(guān)注。通過2005年以來日本對(duì)臺(tái)政策的研究,有助于我們更好的分析日本在臺(tái)海問題上的立場(chǎng)和態(tài)度,以及對(duì)中日關(guān)系今后走向的影響。 2009年日本民主黨上臺(tái)執(zhí)政,相比以前執(zhí)政的自民黨在臺(tái)海局勢(shì)不同時(shí)期的態(tài)度和政策一定會(huì)有相應(yīng)的變化和適當(dāng)?shù)母淖�。這些也必將會(huì)對(duì)當(dāng)前穩(wěn)定的臺(tái)海局勢(shì)以及現(xiàn)階段的中日關(guān)系產(chǎn)生影響。另一方面美國(guó)的對(duì)臺(tái)政策也是影響日本政策變化的重要原因。日美同盟下,日本在一定程度上追隨美國(guó)的腳步,觀望美國(guó)政策。臺(tái)灣島內(nèi)政黨的變化,對(duì)日本政策的變化也會(huì)產(chǎn)生一定的影響。 日本對(duì)臺(tái)政策的調(diào)整是多方因素共同作用的結(jié)果,既有歷史情結(jié)、國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略、國(guó)內(nèi)政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、外交戰(zhàn)略等內(nèi)部原因的要求,又有國(guó)際局勢(shì)的發(fā)展、“臺(tái)獨(dú)”勢(shì)力的拉攏、美國(guó)因素的影響等外部原因的推動(dòng),這些因素相互交織,互相影響,使這種調(diào)整成為一種必然趨勢(shì)。 通過這一課題的研究,希望能正確認(rèn)識(shí)日本在臺(tái)海穩(wěn)定時(shí)期所扮演的角色。正確認(rèn)識(shí)日本對(duì)臺(tái)政策有助于臺(tái)海局勢(shì)的長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定,有助于更好地解決中日關(guān)系中“臺(tái)灣問題”這一巨大障礙,有助于兩岸關(guān)系的健康穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,有助于亞太地區(qū)以及整個(gè)世界局勢(shì)的穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:In 2005, Mr. Lien Chan, then chairman of the Kuomintang, visited the mainland. Since then, with the strengthening of cross-strait exchanges, the situation in the Taiwan Strait has tended to ease and cross-strait relations have been relatively stable. The Taiwan issue has been an important aspect of the relationship between China and Japan. Japan has close relations with Taiwan in history, economy and culture. Proceeding from its own security and interests, Japan has been paying close attention to the situation in the Taiwan Strait. Through the study of Japan's policy towards Taiwan since 2005, it is helpful for us to better analyze Japan's position and attitude on the Taiwan Strait issue and its influence on the future trend of Sino-Japanese relations. In 2009, the Democratic Party of Japan came to power. Compared with the former ruling Liberal Democratic Party, the attitude and policy of the former Liberal Democratic Party in different periods of the situation in the Taiwan Strait will certainly have corresponding changes and appropriate changes. These will also have an impact on the current stable situation in the Taiwan Strait and the present stage of Sino-Japanese relations. On the other hand, American policy toward Taiwan is also an important reason for the change of Japanese policy. Under the alliance of Japan and the United States, Japan has to some extent followed in the footsteps of the United States and watched and watched American policy. The change of political parties in Taiwan will also influence the change of Japanese policy. The adjustment of Japan's policy towards Taiwan is the result of the joint action of various factors. It has the internal reasons of historical complex, national strategy, domestic politics, economy, and diplomatic strategy, as well as the development of the international situation and the attraction of "Taiwan independence" forces. The influence of American factors and other external factors, which intertwined and influenced each other, made this adjustment an inevitable trend. Through the study of this subject, we hope to correctly understand the role of Japan in the period of Taiwan Strait stability. A correct understanding of Japan's policy towards Taiwan is conducive to the long-term stability of the situation in the Taiwan Strait, to a better solution to the huge obstacle of the "Taiwan issue" in Sino-Japanese relations, and to the healthy and stable development of cross-strait relations. Contribute to the stability of the Asia-Pacific region and the world as a whole.
