【摘要】：戰(zhàn)后初期,美國(guó)對(duì)華政策的基本要旨是在支持國(guó)民黨政府的同時(shí)不卷入國(guó)共紛爭(zhēng),但這一政策最終演變?yōu)樵Y反共,駐華美軍不可避免地卷入國(guó)共內(nèi)戰(zhàn)當(dāng)中,而這也招致了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的反對(duì),雙方?jīng)_突時(shí)有發(fā)生。1947年12月,萊陽(yáng)戰(zhàn)役期間,五名美國(guó)海軍陸戰(zhàn)隊(duì)員因在王疃院村闖入中共轄區(qū)而被俘獲。美國(guó)政府和中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨進(jìn)行了謹(jǐn)慎的接觸與談判,并在排除了國(guó)民黨軍隊(duì)干擾的基礎(chǔ)上,使事件最終得到較為妥善地解決。此后,美國(guó)與中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨雙方在處理彼此關(guān)系時(shí)更為謹(jǐn)慎。該事件也拉開了美國(guó)從中國(guó)"脫身"的序幕,對(duì)中國(guó)內(nèi)戰(zhàn)局勢(shì)產(chǎn)生了重要影響。
[Abstract]:In the early postwar period, the basic thrust of the US policy towards China was to support the Kuomintang government while not getting involved in disputes between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party. However, this policy eventually evolved into aid to Chiang Kai-shek, and the US military in China was inevitably involved in the civil war between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party. This has led to opposition from the Chinese Communist Party, where clashes have occurred from time to time. In December 1947, during the Battle of Laiyang, five U.S. Marines were captured for breaking into Communist Party territory in the village of Wangtuan. The US government and the Communist Party of China conducted careful contacts and negotiations, and on the basis of eliminating the interference of the Kuomintang troops, the incident was finally properly resolved. Since then, the US and the Chinese Communist Party have been more cautious in dealing with each other. The incident also opened the prologue of America's escape from China and had an important impact on the situation of China's civil war.
