【摘要】： 日本與東南亞國(guó)家關(guān)系的發(fā)展經(jīng)歷了一個(gè)注重經(jīng)濟(jì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)政治并重、突出政治的發(fā)展過(guò)程。日本對(duì)東南亞國(guó)家的外交政策則是在日本與東南亞國(guó)家經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展成熟的,根據(jù)其發(fā)展特征,可劃分為四個(gè)階段:第一階段從戰(zhàn)后到東盟成立前,日本與東南亞國(guó)家的關(guān)系重建期;第二階段從1967年?yáng)|盟成立到70年代中期,是日本對(duì)東盟外交政策的形成期;第三階段從1977年福田主義出臺(tái)到80年代末冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束,是對(duì)東盟外交政策的發(fā)展期;90年代,冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束后進(jìn)入一個(gè)新階段,日本對(duì)東盟的政策逐漸步入相對(duì)穩(wěn)定的成熟期。日本與東南亞國(guó)家的關(guān)系重心從第三階段開(kāi)始轉(zhuǎn)入日本與東盟國(guó)家的關(guān)系,但無(wú)論處于哪一階段,經(jīng)濟(jì)外交都是日本與東南亞國(guó)家關(guān)系的主要特征,雙方政治安全關(guān)系的發(fā)展及之后全方位外交關(guān)系的發(fā)展都是以經(jīng)濟(jì)外交為基礎(chǔ)發(fā)展起來(lái)的。 本文試圖從分析日本與東南亞國(guó)家政治關(guān)系發(fā)展中最重要的經(jīng)濟(jì)因素入手,分析經(jīng)濟(jì)因素在雙方關(guān)系中如何作用,兼與影響兩者關(guān)系發(fā)展的其它相關(guān)因素做比較,最后得出對(duì)日本與東南亞國(guó)家政治關(guān)系中經(jīng)濟(jì)因素所起作用的分析。
[Abstract]:The development of the relations between Japan and Southeast Asian countries has experienced a process of emphasizing both economy and politics. Japan's foreign policy towards Southeast Asian countries was developed on the basis of the economic relations between Japan and Southeast Asian countries. According to its development characteristics, it can be divided into four stages: the first stage was from postwar to the founding of ASEAN. The second stage, from the founding of ASEAN in 1967 to the middle of the 1970s, was the forming period of Japan's foreign policy towards ASEAN; the third stage was from Fukuda doctrine in 1977 to the end of the Cold War in the late 1980s. It is the development period of ASEAN foreign policy in the 1990s and entered a new stage after the end of the Cold War. Japan's policy towards ASEAN gradually entered a relatively stable mature period. The focus of the relations between Japan and Southeast Asian countries has shifted from the third stage to that between Japan and ASEAN countries, but at any stage, economic diplomacy is the main feature of the relations between Japan and Southeast Asian countries. The development of political and security relations and the development of all-round diplomatic relations are based on economic diplomacy. This paper attempts to analyze the most important economic factors in the development of political relations between Japan and Southeast Asian countries, and to analyze how economic factors play a role in the relations between the two countries, and to compare them with other relevant factors that affect the development of their relations. Finally, the paper analyzes the role of economic factors in the political relations between Japan and Southeast Asian countries.
