【摘要】：美國在二十世紀上半葉的全球戰(zhàn)略重點在歐洲,同時兼顧亞洲。此時的美國將戰(zhàn)略核心放在與蘇聯(lián)進行世界利益的競爭中,并將"反蘇反共"作為其戰(zhàn)略根本意義。并且,美國在太平洋和東亞地區(qū)的影響力快速提升,在中國的勢力也日漸膨脹,種種因素均對中國產(chǎn)生了前所未有的影響,在目前的世界格局中,美國的地位舉足輕重,這與其超級大國的身份密切有關(guān)。這一時期,伴隨著幾十年的改革開發(fā)和發(fā)展壯大,中國的綜合實力逐漸強大起來,逐漸成為東北亞地區(qū)舉足輕重的一個重要角色。美國自始至終密切關(guān)注著中國,對中國發(fā)展變化的一舉一動都盡收眼底。對于美國來說,包括中國在內(nèi)的東北亞地區(qū)局勢不容小覷,因為它是美國的全球化戰(zhàn)略中極為重要的一環(huán)。目前東北亞局勢火藥味十足,瀕臨戰(zhàn)爭邊緣,隨著美國當選總統(tǒng)特朗普的就職,東北亞形勢將會進入一個高度不確定的時代。中美在東北亞地區(qū)的戰(zhàn)略博弈一直以來就存在,本文主要對中美在東北亞地區(qū)的戰(zhàn)略博弈的多維展開以及未來布局作簡要的分析。東北亞地區(qū)安全形勢與中美戰(zhàn)略關(guān)系之間的相互影響尤顯重要,值得深入探討。本文對東北亞中美兩國的戰(zhàn)略博弈手段的運用進行研究,把新時期美國區(qū)域戰(zhàn)略放在發(fā)生巨變的全球格局的背景下,通過這樣的方法來尋找奧巴馬政府東北亞的戰(zhàn)略特點,通過美國對中、朝、韓、日戰(zhàn)略中尋找其中的聯(lián)系,從而進行宏觀微觀的有機結(jié)合。通過對以上內(nèi)容的分析,筆者嘗試從戰(zhàn)略博弈手段的角度,對中美東北亞戰(zhàn)略對抗進行分析與研究。中美兩國在東北亞地區(qū)的博弈相對來講尤為突出。從歷史趨勢及現(xiàn)實需要來看,短期內(nèi)中美兩國的東北亞戰(zhàn)略博弈是不會呈衰退的態(tài)勢。由于東北亞地區(qū)博弈作為中美兩國博弈的一部分,受中美兩國國際地位的影響,這既是中美亞太博弈的重要部分,也是全球范圍內(nèi)博弈較量的重點。因此對于我國的發(fā)展來說,對中美兩個國家在東北亞地區(qū)的戰(zhàn)略布局進行相關(guān)分析研究,可以有效的對東北亞地區(qū)未來的戰(zhàn)略布局進行預測,我國進而采取有效的應(yīng)對措施,找準機遇,促進我國和世界的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展,維護和拓展我國的核心利益,對于我國發(fā)展來說,具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義及理論價值。
[Abstract]:America's global strategy in the first half of the twentieth century was focused on Europe and Asia. At this time, the United States put the strategic core in the competition with the Soviet Union in the world interests, and regarded "anti-Soviet anti-Communist" as its strategic fundamental significance. Moreover, the influence of the United States in the Pacific and East Asia has rapidly increased, and its influence in China has been expanding day by day. All kinds of factors have had an unprecedented impact on China. In the current world pattern, the United States plays an important role. This is closely related to the status of its superpower. During this period, with decades of reform, development and development, China's comprehensive strength gradually strengthened and gradually became an important role in Northeast Asia. The United States has closely watched China from beginning to end, and has seen every development and change in China. For the United States, the situation in Northeast Asia, including China, cannot be underestimated because it is an extremely important part of America's global strategy. Northeast Asia is on the brink of war and will enter a highly uncertain era as President-elect Trump takes office. There has always been a strategic game between China and the United States in Northeast Asia. This paper makes a brief analysis of the multidimensional development and future layout of the strategic game between China and the United States in Northeast Asia. The interaction between the security situation in Northeast Asia and the strategic relationship between China and the United States is particularly important and worthy of further discussion. This paper studies the use of the strategic game between China and the United States in Northeast Asia, puts the regional strategy of the United States in the context of the great changes in the global pattern in the new era, and looks for the strategic characteristics of the Obama administration in Northeast Asia through such a method. Through the United States to China, North Korea, South Korea, Japan in the strategy of looking for links, so as to carry out macro-micro organic integration. Through the analysis of the above contents, the author tries to analyze and study the strategic confrontation between China and the United States in Northeast Asia from the angle of strategic game. The game between China and the United States in Northeast Asia is particularly prominent. From the historical trend and realistic needs, the strategic game of Northeast Asia between China and the United States will not be in decline in the short term. As a part of the game between China and the United States, the Northeast Asian game is influenced by the international status of China and the United States, which is not only an important part of the Asia-Pacific game between China and the United States, but also the key point of the game contest in the global scope. Therefore, for the development of our country, the relevant analysis and research on the strategic layout of China and the United States in Northeast Asia can effectively predict the future strategic layout of Northeast Asia, and our country can then take effective measures to deal with it. It is of great practical significance and theoretical value to find the right opportunities to promote the steady development of our country and the world and to safeguard and expand the core interests of our country.
