【摘要】：自2011年以來,美國與緬甸關(guān)系迅速升溫,奧巴馬政府將緬甸的民主化進(jìn)程視為美國亞太政策的重點(diǎn),將美緬關(guān)系提升至一個新的戰(zhàn)略高度。在剛剛結(jié)束的緬甸大選當(dāng)中,美國因素也發(fā)揮著重要作用。美緬關(guān)系的改善不僅會為奧巴馬執(zhí)政帶來政治加分,也將改變東南亞的地緣政治格局,對中國周邊環(huán)境產(chǎn)生重大影響。盡管如此,由于長期的敵視和戰(zhàn)略互疑,美緬關(guān)系正常化仍要走很長一段路,中間將有反復(fù)或停滯。
[Abstract]:Since 2011, relations between the United States and Myanmar have warmed rapidly, and the Obama administration has seen the democratization process in Myanmar as a focus of U.S. Asia-Pacific policy, elevating US-Myanmar relations to a new strategic height.The American factor also played an important role in the just-concluded election in Burma.The improvement in the relationship between the United States and Myanmar will not only bring political gain to Obama's administration, but will also change the geopolitical pattern in Southeast Asia and have a significant impact on China's surrounding environment.Still, due to long periods of hostility and strategic scepticism, the normalization of relations between the United States and Myanmar is still a long way from being repeated or stalled.
