【摘要】：南海是中國"一帶一路"戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃中極為重要的區(qū)域,是中國建設(shè)海洋強(qiáng)國的關(guān)鍵一環(huán)。近年來,南海地區(qū)的緊張局勢使穩(wěn)定的大局受到了嚴(yán)重的破壞,這不符合中國的利益。單就緩和的目的而言,難點(diǎn)在于領(lǐng)土爭端的現(xiàn)實(shí)性特征,使南海成為了一塊"信任真空"的地帶。相較于領(lǐng)土,邊界具有可被建構(gòu)的屬性。自上個(gè)世紀(jì)九十年代以來邊界研究的前沿觀點(diǎn)以及社會學(xué)、心理學(xué)的諸多理論,可以為我們建構(gòu)一個(gè)松緩、漂移、可滲的邊界空間提供理論支撐,并使域內(nèi)國家的認(rèn)同得到重塑,進(jìn)而設(shè)計(jì)一種基于建構(gòu)視角的"進(jìn)階模式",打通難點(diǎn),彌合南海區(qū)域的信任真空,使區(qū)域的緩和成為可能。
[Abstract]:The South China Sea is an extremely important region in Belt and Road's strategic planning and a key link in China's building of a marine power.In recent years, tensions in the South China Sea have seriously undermined stability, which is not in China's interest.For the purpose of detente, the difficulty lies in the reality of the territorial dispute, which makes the South China Sea a "trust vacuum".Compared with territory, boundaries have properties that can be constructed.Since the 1990s, the frontier view of boundary research and the theories of sociology and psychology can provide theoretical support for us to construct a relaxed, drifting and permeable boundary space.It also rebuilds the identity of the countries in the region, and then designs an advanced model based on the perspective of construction to solve the difficulties, bridge the trust vacuum in the South China Sea region, and make the relaxation of the region possible.
