【摘要】：2015年,歐洲遭遇二戰(zhàn)后最大國(guó)際難民潮的沖擊。從國(guó)際政治層面上看,這場(chǎng)危機(jī)是后冷戰(zhàn)時(shí)代歐美國(guó)家中東、北非戰(zhàn)略失敗的結(jié)果。從難民潮的發(fā)生發(fā)展過(guò)程看,已經(jīng)取消內(nèi)部邊界的歐洲聯(lián)盟沒有統(tǒng)一避難政策的制度缺陷起到推波助瀾的作用。巴黎恐怖襲擊發(fā)生后,歐洲國(guó)家改變了對(duì)敘利亞內(nèi)戰(zhàn)的立場(chǎng),將目標(biāo)由推翻巴沙爾政權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榇驌糇诮虡O端主義的"伊斯蘭國(guó)",與美國(guó)有了很大不同。反思?xì)W洲國(guó)家這次戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整的過(guò)程可以看到,后冷戰(zhàn)時(shí)代歐美國(guó)家的"新干預(yù)主義"政策害人害己。此次歐盟國(guó)家遭遇難民潮沖擊和恐怖襲擊應(yīng)能促使其反思與調(diào)整后冷戰(zhàn)時(shí)代的國(guó)際戰(zhàn)略,推進(jìn)世界多極化進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:In 2015, the biggest international hit Europe after World War II. The shock wave of refugees from the international political perspective, this crisis is Europe and the United States after the Cold War era, the Middle East, North Africa strategic failure results. From the development of the wave of refugees, the internal boundary of the European Union has canceled no unified system defects asylum policy given the the role of Paris.
