【摘要】：貿(mào)易摩擦是全球經(jīng)濟(jì)中普遍存在的現(xiàn)象,中美貿(mào)易摩擦由來(lái)已久,自從中美兩國(guó)建立貿(mào)易關(guān)系以來(lái)就一直存在并在曲折中發(fā)展。尤其是中國(guó)加入WTO以來(lái),中美貿(mào)易摩擦日趨頻繁,并且不斷升級(jí),美國(guó)貿(mào)易保護(hù)手段出現(xiàn)多樣化的趨勢(shì),中國(guó)對(duì)美貿(mào)易順差進(jìn)一步增加。中美兩國(guó)之間產(chǎn)生的貿(mào)易摩擦和中美經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系的迅速發(fā)展存在直接關(guān)系。隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的迅猛發(fā)展,中國(guó)已成為世界對(duì)外貿(mào)易大國(guó),中美貿(mào)易摩擦問(wèn)題也成為世界貿(mào)易摩擦的主要方面,影響著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)與國(guó)際政治的動(dòng)向。中國(guó)和美國(guó)分別作為世界上最大的發(fā)展中國(guó)家和最大的發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家,兩國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)爭(zhēng)端勢(shì)必對(duì)全球經(jīng)濟(jì)格局產(chǎn)生重大影響。正確處理中美貿(mào)易摩擦對(duì)維持中美關(guān)系大局的穩(wěn)定更是至關(guān)重要。本文首先概述了貿(mào)易摩擦的概念和由來(lái),以及中美貿(mào)易摩擦的歷史與現(xiàn)狀,然后分析了中美貿(mào)易摩擦的實(shí)質(zhì),最后在此基礎(chǔ)上探討了中美貿(mào)易摩擦的處理對(duì)中美關(guān)系長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展產(chǎn)生的影響。
[Abstract]:Trade friction is a common phenomenon in the global economy. Trade friction between China and the United States has existed for a long time since the establishment of trade relations between China and the United States and has been developing in twists and turns.Especially since China's entry into WTO, Sino-US trade frictions have become more frequent and escalated, the U.S. trade protection means have diversified trend, and China's trade surplus with the United States has further increased.There is a direct relationship between the trade friction between China and the United States and the rapid development of economic and trade relations between China and the United States.With the rapid development of China's economy, China has become a big foreign trade country in the world, and the trade friction between China and the United States has become the main aspect of the world trade friction, which affects the trend of the world economy and international politics.As the world's largest developing country and the largest developed country, China and the United States are bound to have a major impact on the global economic structure.The correct handling of Sino-US trade frictions is even more important to maintain the overall stability of Sino-US relations.This paper first summarizes the concept and origin of trade friction, as well as the history and present situation of Sino-US trade friction, and then analyzes the essence of Sino-US trade friction.Finally, the paper discusses the influence of the handling of Sino-American trade friction on the long-term development of Sino-American relations.
