【摘要】：海洋安全是當前國際關(guān)系中的熱門話題,但相關(guān)的研究主要集中于海洋傳統(tǒng)安全,海洋非傳統(tǒng)安全同樣十分重要,但卻處于相對被忽視的地位,相關(guān)的理論研究非常缺乏。本文著眼于海洋非傳統(tǒng)安全的概念界定、內(nèi)涵分類及重要性分析。認為海洋非傳統(tǒng)安全主要是指國家在海洋方面面臨的非傳統(tǒng)安全,主要分為海洋災(zāi)害、海洋跨國犯罪、海洋資源安全等大類,其重要性體現(xiàn)在其本身的威脅性、與海洋傳統(tǒng)安全的交織性、相對邊緣地位,并與中國息息相關(guān),未來需要更進一步加強研究。
[Abstract]:Maritime safety is a hot topic in the current international relations, but the related research is mainly focused on the traditional maritime security, marine non-traditional security is also very important, but in a relatively neglected position, the relevant theoretical research is very scarce.This paper focuses on the concept definition, connotation classification and importance analysis of marine non-traditional security.Considering that marine non-traditional security mainly refers to the non-traditional security faced by countries in the sea, which is mainly divided into marine disasters, transnational crimes and security of marine resources, the importance of which is reflected in its own threatening nature,It is closely related to the traditional marine security, the relative marginal position, and China, and needs to be further studied in the future.
