【摘要】：受域內(nèi)外勢(shì)力互動(dòng)與博弈的影響,近年來(lái)中國(guó)在南海問(wèn)題上所處的戰(zhàn)略態(tài)勢(shì)呈現(xiàn)鮮明的階段性特征:前期的戰(zhàn)略壓力持續(xù)加大,后期略有好轉(zhuǎn)。其間,中國(guó)統(tǒng)籌戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃、政策設(shè)計(jì)與策略實(shí)施,積極構(gòu)建捍衛(wèi)南海主權(quán)和利益新框架。中國(guó)的應(yīng)對(duì)措施整體上取得積極效果,這對(duì)應(yīng)對(duì)特朗普時(shí)代的美國(guó)南海政策具有重要啟示。面對(duì)南海局勢(shì)不確定的前景,中國(guó)需認(rèn)真研判,及早謀篇布局。
[Abstract]:Influenced by the interaction and game between the forces inside and outside the region, the strategic situation of China on the South China Sea issue in recent years presents distinct phase characteristics: the strategic pressure in the early stage continues to increase, and the later period is slightly improved. In the meantime, China plans as a whole. Policy design and strategy implementation, actively build a new framework for safeguarding the sovereignty and interests of the South China Sea. China's response measures have achieved positive results on the whole. This has important implications for dealing with the Trump-era U.S. policy in the South China Sea, where China needs to study carefully and plan for an early stage in the face of uncertain prospects.
