【摘要】：中美關(guān)系正進(jìn)入新的階段。由于戰(zhàn)略分歧加大,中美關(guān)系之間的不確定性因素在增多。本文在對中美在東亞地區(qū)的戰(zhàn)略分歧進(jìn)行歸納與梳理的基礎(chǔ)上,著重分析了這些分歧出現(xiàn)的背景與原因,探討了中美之間出現(xiàn)沖突的風(fēng)險,并提出了一些化解思路。中美必須從戰(zhàn)略層面把握和調(diào)整中美關(guān)系中存在的風(fēng)險隱患,積極采取措施落實新型大國伙伴關(guān)系的建設(shè)性和創(chuàng)造性內(nèi)涵,成功渡過中美關(guān)系特殊的轉(zhuǎn)型期,化解戰(zhàn)略風(fēng)險,保障戰(zhàn)略穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:Sino-US relations are entering a new stage. Due to the widening of strategic differences, the uncertainties between Sino-US relations are increasing. This paper sums up and combs the strategic differences between China and the United States in East Asia. This paper analyzes the background and reasons of these differences, probes into the risk of conflicts between China and the United States, and puts forward some ways to resolve them. China and the United States must grasp and adjust the hidden risks in Sino-US relations from the strategic level. Positive measures should be taken to implement the constructive and creative connotation of the new great power partnership, to successfully pass through the special transition period of Sino-US relations, to resolve strategic risks and to ensure strategic stability.
