【摘要】：中亞地區(qū)作為世界能源地緣政治中重要的一極,其能源戰(zhàn)略地位日益凸顯,并獲得中印兩國的重視。為了維護能源供應(yīng)安全,中印加強了針對中亞地區(qū)的能源戰(zhàn)略布局。印度以加快戰(zhàn)略北上,通過發(fā)展與中亞周邊國家關(guān)系和加強與美國在中亞地區(qū)的合作等策略逐步建立起圍繞中亞地區(qū)的"半月形布局";而中國則以"一帶一路"倡議為基礎(chǔ),以發(fā)展與中亞國家經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系為重點,通過發(fā)揮"上海合作組織"的作用逐步構(gòu)建起以中亞地區(qū)為節(jié)點的"線性布局"。未來,中印兩國在中亞地區(qū)的戰(zhàn)略博弈主要集中在能源資源的分配上,同時,維護中亞地區(qū)的地緣政治穩(wěn)定將成為兩國開展合作的共同目標。
[Abstract]:As an important pole in the world's energy geopolitics, Central Asia has become increasingly prominent in its strategic position of energy, and has gained the attention of both China and India. In order to maintain the security of energy supply, China and India have strengthened their energy strategic layout for Central Asia. India has stepped up its strategy of moving northward. Through the strategies of developing relations with the neighboring countries of Central Asia and strengthening cooperation with the United States in the Central Asian region, China has gradually established a "half-moon layout" around the Central Asian region, while China is based on the "Belt and Road" initiative. Focusing on the development of economic and trade relations with the Central Asian countries, and by giving full play to the role of the "Shanghai Cooperation Organization", we have gradually constructed a "linear layout" with the Central Asian region as the node. The strategic game between China and India in Central Asia is mainly focused on the distribution of energy resources. At the same time, maintaining geopolitical stability in Central Asia will be the common goal of cooperation between the two countries.
