【摘要】：盡管人們對巴爾干問題已經(jīng)有了廣泛的研究,但是很少有人從阿爾巴尼亞問題的角度入手。通常來說,阿爾巴尼亞的區(qū)域以及阿爾巴尼亞問題不被人們所關(guān)注,而塞爾維亞、馬其頓、黑山以及希臘卻備受矚目。本文研究的范圍涵蓋從1913年倫敦會議開始的阿爾巴尼亞問題(阿爾巴尼亞被大國瓜分)一直到科索沃獨(dú)立。上個世紀(jì)以來,存在諸多因素促使阿爾巴尼亞推動或延緩這一很多地區(qū)的發(fā)展,尤其是科索沃地區(qū)。本文深入研究了巴爾干地區(qū)歷史,巴爾干戰(zhàn)爭,第一次世界大戰(zhàn)和第二次世界大戰(zhàn)。同時也對南斯拉夫的分裂做出了闡釋。本文同時包含了阿爾巴尼亞在周邊區(qū)域合作中的角色問題,從轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐粋�危險中的國家到保持這一地區(qū)和平狀態(tài)等諸多問題進(jìn)行分析。在文章的最后對這一區(qū)域中國家和地區(qū)問題的障礙以及相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行闡述,從自然,文化,經(jīng)濟(jì)以及政治等多方面進(jìn)行分析。本研究通過閱讀大量阿爾巴尼亞和外國的歷史文獻(xiàn)以及訪問阿爾巴尼亞專家將阿爾巴尼亞地區(qū)以及周邊的歷史和政治發(fā)展歷程進(jìn)行闡述。歷史事實(shí)中細(xì)微的差別有助于我們理解阿爾巴尼亞問題的本質(zhì)。而本文是阿爾巴尼亞視角研究阿爾巴尼亞問題的組成部分。通過利用歷史事實(shí),理論以及具體假設(shè)進(jìn)行分析,以期對未來相關(guān)問題的進(jìn)一步研究。
[Abstract]:Although there has been extensive research on the Balkan issue, very few people have approached it from the perspective of Albania. Generally speaking, the Albanian region and the Albanian problem have not been the focus of attention, while Serbia, Macedonia, Montenegro and Greece have attracted much attention. The scope of this study is from the beginning of the London Conference on 1913 (Albania is divided by the great powers) to Kosovo's independence. There are many factors that urge Albania to promote or delay the development of this region, especially in Kosovo. This paper deeply studies the history of Balkan region, the Balkan War, World War I and World War II. At the same time, it explains the division of Yugoslavia. This article also contains the question of Albania's role in the regional cooperation around it. At the end of the article, the obstacles and related theories of national and regional problems in this region are expounded, from nature and culture, Economic and political aspects of the analysis. This study by reading a large number of Albanian and foreign historical documents and visits to Albanian experts to Albania and the surrounding history and political development. The nuances of historical facts help us understand the nature of the Albanian problem. And this article is an integral part of the Albanian perspective. By using historical facts, Theory and specific hypotheses are analyzed in order to further study related problems in the future.
