【摘要】：正一俄美關(guān)系"重啟"、歐洲危機(jī)、美國(guó)優(yōu)先發(fā)展方向向亞洲轉(zhuǎn)移是相互聯(lián)系的嗎?俄美關(guān)系"重啟"問題的真正解決是以俄羅斯與歐洲大西洋安全共同體的關(guān)系,特別是與北約的關(guān)系為前提的。俄羅斯前總統(tǒng)梅德韋杰夫和美國(guó)總統(tǒng)奧巴馬宣布俄美關(guān)系"重啟"后,無論是俄羅斯,還是西方的專家都在積極研究俄羅斯與歐洲大西洋共同體一體化的可能性,以至俄羅斯加入北約的可能性。但客觀環(huán)境卻是:雖然雙方出現(xiàn)了一些新的合作領(lǐng)域,但仍然殘存著一種視對(duì)方
