【摘要】：中東變局發(fā)生至今已有4載,它把阿拉伯世界拖入了漫長(zhǎng)的"嚴(yán)冬"。4年來(lái),中東政治生態(tài)、地緣政治秩序發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化,而其中庫(kù)爾德人的異軍突起格外引入注目。庫(kù)爾德人認(rèn)為當(dāng)前中東大面積動(dòng)蕩和地緣政治板塊大變動(dòng)可能是其面臨的重大歷史發(fā)展機(jī)遇,由此迎來(lái)"庫(kù)爾德之春"。尤其是2014年夏天以來(lái),"伊斯蘭國(guó)"的突興以及伊拉克陷入癱瘓,伊拉克庫(kù)爾德人獨(dú)立建國(guó)似乎在即。雖然未來(lái)庫(kù)爾德人能否獨(dú)立建國(guó)還存很大變數(shù),但他們?nèi)找娉蔀榕c阿拉伯人、土耳其人、伊朗人和猶太人在地區(qū)并駕齊驅(qū)的五大主導(dǎo)力量,這將是難以逆轉(zhuǎn)的趨勢(shì)。面對(duì)"庫(kù)爾德之春"的到來(lái)以及庫(kù)爾德人在中東開(kāi)始扮演新的角色,中國(guó)對(duì)這一地區(qū)新興力量采取何種態(tài)度與政策日益引入關(guān)注。
[Abstract]:It has been four years since the Middle East changed. It has drawn the Arab world into a long "severe winter." in the past four years, the political ecology and geopolitical order in the Middle East have undergone earth-shaking changes. Among them, the Kurds' sudden rise in power has attracted special attention. The Kurds believe that the current large-scale turmoil in the Middle East and the great changes in the geopolitical plate may be the major historical development opportunities facing them. This has ushered in the "Kurdish Spring". Especially since the summer of 2014, the sudden rise of the Islamic State and the paralysis in Iraq, the independence of the Iraqi Kurds seems imminent. But they are increasingly becoming the five leading forces in the region alongside Arabs, Turks, Iranians and Jews. This will be an irreversible trend. With the arrival of the Kurdistan Spring and the new role of the Kurds in the Middle East, China is increasingly focusing on the attitudes and policies of the region's emerging powers.
