【摘要】：本文主要運(yùn)用查閱一手文獻(xiàn)資料、案例研究等方法,從阿盟發(fā)布的各項(xiàng)決議和公告著手,分析阿盟介入敘利亞危機(jī)處理的三個(gè)不同階段(旁觀期、斡旋期和制裁期)及具體舉措,從而對(duì)其介入敘利亞危機(jī)的影響進(jìn)行評(píng)估,并通過"阿盟介入敘利亞危機(jī)"中所扮演的角色和發(fā)揮的作用,得出了卡塔爾、沙特等海灣國(guó)家逐步掌握了阿盟的話語權(quán),主導(dǎo)著阿盟對(duì)敘利亞問題解決走向的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:This paper mainly uses the methods of consulting primary literature and case study, starting with the resolutions and announcements issued by the League of Arab States, analyzes the three different stages of the League's involvement in the resolution of the Syrian crisis. ) and specific initiatives to assess the impact of their involvement in the Syrian crisis and, through the role and role played by the League in the Syrian crisis, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and other Gulf states have gradually grasped the Arab League's voice, dominating the Arab League's conclusion on the direction of the settlement of the Syrian issue.
