【摘要】：正分析和解讀"一帶一路"倡議需要有不同的學(xué)科視角。經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家說,"一帶一路"符合經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)律,"要想富,先修路",基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)是發(fā)展的必要條件。政治學(xué)家或者國(guó)際關(guān)系學(xué)者認(rèn)為,"一帶一路"是中國(guó)政府的國(guó)際戰(zhàn)略,由政府強(qiáng)力推動(dòng),他們注重解釋政府的意愿和方式是什么。我將"一帶一路"與中歐關(guān)系聯(lián)系起來,并從世界力量格局變化的角度進(jìn)行解釋。這里的關(guān)鍵詞是"變化",因?yàn)槭澜缭诎l(fā)生深刻變化,任何事物都會(huì)發(fā)生變化,變化不勝枚舉。中國(guó)在變,歐洲在變,通過"一帶一路"的戰(zhàn)略鏈接,中歐關(guān)系也必然充滿變化。變化有數(shù)量、質(zhì)量、現(xiàn)象、結(jié)構(gòu)之分,體現(xiàn)了
[Abstract]:The analysis and interpretation of Belt and Road's initiative requires a variety of disciplinary perspectives. Economists say that Belt and Road is in line with the economic law, and that "want to be rich," Building roads first, infrastructure construction is a necessary condition for development. Political scientists or international relations scholars believe that Belt and Road is the international strategy of the Chinese government, which is strongly promoted by the government. They focus on explaining what the government wants and how it works. I associate "Belt and Road" with China-EU relations and explain it from the perspective of the changing world power pattern. The key word here is "change," because the world is undergoing profound changes. China is changing, Europe is changing, and China-EU relations are bound to be full of changes through Belt and Road's strategic link. The changes are divided into quantity, quality, phenomenon and structure.
