【摘要】：21世紀以來以北極地區(qū)區(qū)域機制為代表的機制組織在北極治理中發(fā)揮了越來越重要的作用。以巴倫支海歐洲—北極地區(qū)聯(lián)合理事會和波羅的海國家理事會為代表的北極次區(qū)域治理機制,在非傳統(tǒng)安全問題的治理方面發(fā)揮了重要作用。北極傳染病治理問題的成功,成為印證北極次區(qū)域機制有效性的典型案例。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, institutional organizations, represented by the Arctic Regional Mechanism, have played an increasingly important role in Arctic governance. Represented by the Joint Euro-Arctic Council of the Barents Sea and the Council of the Baltic States. The Arctic Subregional Governance Mechanism, It plays an important role in the governance of non-traditional security issues. The success of the governance of Arctic infectious diseases has become a typical example of the effectiveness of the Arctic subregional mechanism.
