【摘要】：全球氣候變化對(duì)人類社會(huì)的發(fā)展有非常重要的影響。冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束后,國(guó)際環(huán)境外交在國(guó)際關(guān)系中地位不斷上升。如何應(yīng)對(duì)全球氣候變化帶來的挑戰(zhàn)也成為了國(guó)際社會(huì)關(guān)注的最重要問題之一。美國(guó)基金會(huì)作為國(guó)際環(huán)境外交中的重要參與者,在應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化國(guó)際合作中發(fā)揮了不可忽視的作用。本文以美國(guó)基金會(huì)為研究對(duì)象,探討在應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化國(guó)際合作的背景下美國(guó)基金會(huì)的具體運(yùn)作方式,并對(duì)美國(guó)基金會(huì)做出的貢獻(xiàn)和起到的作用進(jìn)行總結(jié)歸納。 全文主要分為四個(gè)章節(jié)。第一章界定了美國(guó)基金會(huì)的定義,回顧了其發(fā)展歷史。并介紹了美國(guó)應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化的主要基金會(huì)。第二章以案例研究的方式分析了美國(guó)三個(gè)基金會(huì)在應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化國(guó)際合作中的實(shí)踐。第三章從具體的項(xiàng)目實(shí)施和政策制定出發(fā),探討美國(guó)基金會(huì)對(duì)中美兩國(guó)的應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化政策的影響。第四章總結(jié)美國(guó)基金會(huì)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),歸納了美國(guó)基金會(huì)在應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化國(guó)際合作中給人們帶來的啟示。
[Abstract]:Global climate change has a very important impact on the development of human society. International environmental diplomacy is rising in international relations. How to deal with the challenges posed by global climate change has also become one of the most important issues of concern to the international community. It has played an important role in the international cooperation on climate change. In this paper, the American Foundation is taken as the research object to explore the specific operation mode of the American Foundation in the context of the international cooperation on climate change. And the contributions made by the American Foundation and play a summary of the role. The first chapter defines the definition of American Foundation. This paper reviews its development history, and introduces the major foundations in the United States to deal with climate change. Chapter two analyzes the practice of the three foundations in the international cooperation on climate change in the United States in the form of case studies. From the point of view of project implementation and policy formulation, Chapter 4th summarizes the experience of the American Foundation and summarizes the inspiration that the American Foundation brings to people in the international cooperation to deal with climate change.
