【摘要】：兩國經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系的相互依賴程度是政治關(guān)系得以維持的基礎(chǔ)，中俄經(jīng)貿(mào)關(guān)系經(jīng)過二十幾年的發(fā)展，取得了很大成果。在上世紀(jì)九十年代末，雙邊外交與多邊外交已經(jīng)幾乎受到同等程度的重視，多邊外交與雙邊外交在某種程度上起著相互促進(jìn)作用。2001年，上海合作組織成立，同年中俄經(jīng)貿(mào)額突破100億美元大關(guān)。經(jīng)濟(jì)和安全是上海合作組織的“雙核心”，上海合作組織是中亞地區(qū)穩(wěn)定的重要支柱，同時(shí)也是中國開展多邊外交、經(jīng)濟(jì)外交的一個(gè)重要平臺。本文從國際組織的功能出發(fā)，試圖探索上海合作組織成立十三年來對中俄經(jīng)貿(mào)合作關(guān)系的影響。在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的時(shí)代，上海合作組織的經(jīng)濟(jì)職能是除安全職能外最重要的職能，，中俄兩國不斷推動(dòng)上海合作組織的發(fā)展，由于上海合作組織本身的經(jīng)濟(jì)職能，在上海合作組織框架下的中俄經(jīng)貿(mào)合作取得了新的成果，同時(shí)分析上海合作組織對中俄經(jīng)貿(mào)合作中存在問題的解決方面發(fā)揮哪些作為多邊組織的作用，最后提出了提升上海合作組織框架下的中俄經(jīng)貿(mào)水平的對策建議，進(jìn)而闡述上海合作組織的發(fā)展和中俄經(jīng)貿(mào)的提升、中國提出的“絲綢之路經(jīng)濟(jì)帶”建設(shè)、中國周邊外交戰(zhàn)略的實(shí)施、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展有著緊密的聯(lián)系。
[Abstract]:The economic relations between the two countries mutual dependence is the basis to maintain political relations, Sino Russian economic and trade relations after more than 20 years of development, has made great achievements in the last century. At the end of 90s, bilateral diplomacy and multilateral diplomacy has almost the same importance, multilateral diplomacy and bilateral diplomacy to some extent play a role in promoting mutual.2001 the establishment of the Shanghai cooperation organization, the same year, the Sino Russian trade volume exceeded 10 billion US dollars. The economy and safety of the Shanghai cooperation organization is "dual core", the Shanghai cooperation organization is an important pillar of the stability of Central Asia, but also Chinese in multilateral diplomacy, an important platform for economic diplomacy. This article from the function of international organizations the Shanghai cooperation organization, tries to explore the influence of economic and trade cooperation between China and Russia was founded thirteen years ago. In the era of economic globalization, the economic position of Shanghai Cooperation Organization It is in addition to safety functions most important functions that China and Russia continue to promote the development of the Shanghai cooperation organization, the economic function of Shanghai cooperation organization itself, in the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization under the economic and trade cooperation between China and Russia has made new achievements, at the same time, analysis of the Shanghai cooperation organization to solve the problems of Sino Russian economic and trade cooperation in play as what the role of multilateral organizations, and finally puts forward some suggestions to improve the level of Sino Russian economic and trade framework of the Shanghai cooperation organization, the Shanghai cooperation organization and the development of Sino Russian economic and trade promotion, the construction of the Silk Road China proposed economic zone, the implementation of China diplomatic strategy, is closely related to the development of the regional economy.
