【摘要】：進(jìn)入信息時(shí)代后,新媒體迅速發(fā)展,改變了傳播方式,也改變了社會(huì)交往和生活方式。中東巨變中“推特”所起的助推作用,說(shuō)明了新媒體對(duì)國(guó)際政治的影響。 中美作為世界上兩個(gè)大國(guó),在交往過(guò)程中既受到新媒體的沖擊,也都嘗試著利用新媒體推進(jìn)外交工作,維護(hù)國(guó)家利益。本文首次就中美的新媒體外交進(jìn)行比較研究,以詳實(shí)的案例對(duì)美國(guó)新媒體外交給予深入解讀,對(duì)中美在新媒體領(lǐng)域的交鋒進(jìn)行剖析,提出了中國(guó)利用新媒體發(fā)展中美關(guān)系的具體思路和建議。 論文包括導(dǎo)言和五章內(nèi)容。 導(dǎo)言論述了課題研究的緣起、背景和研究意義；并在新媒體的發(fā)展、媒體對(duì)外交的影響、以及新媒體在美國(guó)外交所起的作用等方面,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者的論述進(jìn)行了梳理和評(píng)述；還簡(jiǎn)要介紹了論文的研究思路、框架內(nèi)容和研究方法。 第一章,新媒體對(duì)中美關(guān)系的影響與沖擊。該部分首先回顧了中美關(guān)系史中媒體所扮演的角色與功能,分析了不同歷史時(shí)期中國(guó)如何利用媒體發(fā)展中美關(guān)系。這里有國(guó)共兩黨如何爭(zhēng)取美國(guó)媒體的支持,有老一代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人善用媒體開(kāi)展對(duì)美斗爭(zhēng),也有改革開(kāi)放后中美媒體的交流和互動(dòng)。然后,闡述了新媒體、新的傳播方式給世界格局帶來(lái)的影響,分析了中美關(guān)系在這個(gè)大變局中所受到的沖擊。 第二章,美國(guó)對(duì)中國(guó)新媒體外交的策略及其運(yùn)用。該部分重點(diǎn)論述了了美國(guó)新媒體外交的發(fā)展策略、路徑和特點(diǎn),并以案例分析的形式對(duì)美國(guó)在中國(guó)的新媒體外交實(shí)踐進(jìn)行了深入探討。 第三章,中國(guó)對(duì)美國(guó)新媒體外交的策略及其運(yùn)用。該部分著重分析了中國(guó)新媒體外交的現(xiàn)狀,指出新媒體外交領(lǐng)域中國(guó)和美國(guó)的差距和存在的斗爭(zhēng),并以谷歌撤出中國(guó)為例進(jìn)行了案例分析。 第四章,中美新媒體外交的比較。該部分主要從中美新媒體的發(fā)展路徑和管理理念兩個(gè)層面,對(duì)中美新媒體外交的實(shí)踐進(jìn)行了比較,從中發(fā)現(xiàn)差異,尋找問(wèn)題。 第五章,中國(guó)對(duì)美新媒體外交的建議和對(duì)策。該部分主要分析了中國(guó)新媒體管理策略的得失,分析了中美在新媒體外交領(lǐng)域的差距,并對(duì)中國(guó)如何利用新媒體推動(dòng)外交工作、發(fā)展中美關(guān)系,提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策和建議。
[Abstract]:After entering the information age, the new media has developed rapidly, changed the way of communication, and changed the way of social interaction and lifestyle. The role of twitter in the great changes in the Middle East illustrates the impact of new media on international politics.
China as the world's two great powers in the process of communication, not only by the impact of new media, are also trying to promote the use of new media diplomacy, safeguard the interests of the state. This is the first comparative study on Sino US New Media Diplomacy, with a detailed case of the new media given a thorough interpretation of the Sino US confrontation the field of new media analysis, put forward specific ideas and suggestions Chinese the use of new media to the development of Sino US relations.
The paper includes introduction and five chapters.
The introduction discusses the origin of this research, research background and significance; and the development of new media, media influence on diplomacy, and new media in the U.S. diplomatic role, at home and abroad was reviewed and discussed; also introduces the research content and research framework. Methods.
The first chapter, the new media impact on Sino US relations and the impact. The first part reviews the roles and functions of media played in the history of Sino US relations, analyzes the different historical periods China how to use the media development of Sino US relations. Here is how to make the United States the KMT media support, with the older generation of leaders to make the best use of the media to carry out the United States also struggle, reform and open communication and interaction between Chinese and American media. After then, elaborated the new media influence to the world pattern brings a new mode of transmission, analysis of the Sino US relations are in this big change in the impact.
The second chapter, the US strategy and application of New Media Diplomacy in China. This part focuses on the development strategy, path and characteristics of the US New Media Diplomacy, and explores the New Media Diplomacy Practice of the US in China in the form of case analysis.
The third chapter is the strategy and application of China's New Media Diplomacy to the US. This part mainly analyzes the current situation of China's new media diplomacy, and points out the gap between China and the US in the field of New Media Diplomacy and the existing struggle, and takes Google's withdrawal from China as an example to analyze the case.
The fourth chapter is the comparison of the New Media Diplomacy between China and the US. This part compares the practice of New Media Diplomacy between China and the United States from the two aspects of the development path and management concept of the new media in China and the United States.
The fifth chapter, Chinese of Media Diplomacy MEMSIC suggestions and countermeasures. This part mainly analyzes the management strategy of the new media China gains and losses, analyzed the gap between China and America in the new media diplomacy, and promote diplomatic work on how to use new media China, the development of Sino US relations, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
